- Satisfecha documentos, planes de accion y auditoria interna
- Falta e presupuesto en la empresa para poder adquirir nuevos mudulos, contamos con lo que se solcito desde un inicio

En general es buena, siempre se puede mejorar, pero de momento vamos muy bien, los usuarios toman de buena manera el software y casi no tenemos quejas.
- El soporte postventa, es muy oportuna
- Todos los usuarios responden amablemente y normalmente es rapida la respuesta
- la plataforma de tickets, creo que se podria mejorar, e integrarla dentro del software
- Por este medio es un poco mas demorado y en ocasiones hay opciones que no aplican y si confunden al usuario al momento de solicita un soporte
