Amazing, simplistic, program
I have been using Microsoft Word for 15+ years. I am so glad that we used it so much throughout school (elementary-college) because it has honestly been so beneficial throughout my entire life. In the workplace, we use it for just about everything.
- Microsoft word is a very easy product to use
- We use it everyday, all day
- Even with updates, it is easy to navigate
- Every update they make seems to add great features, but still keep it simplistic enough to be user friendly
- There aren't very many features about Microsoft Word that I don't like
- It is just one of those programs that is such a staple in our workplace and there isn't anything that comes to mind that I don't like

- I am working on it more than 7 years
- User interface is very friendly
- The navigation between sections is very easy
- Everything is the best
- I don't dislike anything about this software
- If more templates are added, it would be more useful

Familiar, functional and easy to use but prefer other options
Functional, easy to use, familiar for most people so doesn't usually require training with clients/colleagues, but I prefer other options.
- Word is great and reliable
- You know where you are with Microsoft and everyone's used to using Word at this point so it usually doesn't require any training when using with clients and colleagues
- It's super functional and easy to use and there's very little word doesn't do
- The main drawback for me when using word is how uncollaborative it can be for editing a written document as a team, especially when compared with other options like Google Docs
- It only really works to open Word in Word for Web and keep passing new saves of the document back to one another or edit over a shared screen on a meeting
- With GD, you can all just jump in and edit together, seeing each other's activity and comments live without need for a meeting
- Microsoft's customer support also isn't great for Word and its other products
- It's always difficult to get hold of their customer support and they're not very responsive when you do manage to contact them
- Overall, I would always use Google Docs over Microsoft word because Word is just lacking that collaborative element of live editing as a team

A Crucial Tool in My Daily Work Life
Word is a pivotal part of my daily work life. Whether it's creating a training document that will be shared with hundreds of people, or just trying to put my thoughts in one place and checking my grammer, I use Word daily and would be lost without it.
- I appreciate the personalization/formatting that can be done in Microsoft Word, as opposed to Google Docs
- The ability to leave comments on Word documents has also been a huge help
Sometimes sharing Word documents takes longer than I think it should due to having to figure out the right way to save and share with other users

Reliable tool for academic work
Positive. Essential platform for any type of writing, its comprehensive toolset and reliability make it one of the best writing applications available.
- Versatility and good formatting functions
- Ideal for professional or academic manuscripts
- I liked the track changes and the proofreading tools
- Formatting figures, tables, and equations is not always straightforward
- If the document is too heavy or has too many pictures, the app can run slowly

Microsoft Word Still Leads
Verified reviewer
It offers extensive tools for professional documents, from simple letters to complex reports and seamlessly works with Excel, PowerPoint, and OneDrive for collaboration
- The advanced features like styles, macros, and references can be overwhelming
- It is expensive for individuals

Can't live without you
Fantastic. The Spell check, grammar suggestions its awesome and the way it integrate with one drive is perfect
- I have been using Microsoft Word since the day they launched the software
- It's easy to use, and with every update, it gets better and better
- "
One thing I liked less about Microsoft Word was how slow it used to be on older computers, but now its over

Would Use Just for The Office
Education Management
Very much leans towards the early 2000s in terms of style, but is very good for more features and to format documents in very specific ways
It would move around things more than anticipated if you moved something else related to it, so it would be annoying to find items not where they’re supposed to be
