ECP definitely recommended
Overall I am very pleased with our selection of ECP. The setup process went very smoothly. We have very few minor issues, all of which were quickly resolved.
- The value for the money is fantastic
- Customer support is top notch
- The ability to access ECP from anywhere is a huge bonus for my facility
- I wish the offline pharmacy integrated better, it seems to have been left behind
- There are a lot of features in the pharmacy portion that I wish we could take advantage of
- Unfortunately they do not work with our environment

Using ECP makes reporting so much easier!
i did like the password and login issues can be reset by facility admin, so there is virtually no wait, or company IT to get ahold of
The ability to personalize tasks, meds, and aide duties per patient, and the abilities to assign each task daily, weekly, monthly, and different periodical time slots
- system crashes and sign in issues, which can be daily, and sometimes multiple times daily
- there can be issues that last days, and impede clients ability to use the service in total

Overall, the system performs well and offers helpful customization options. While there is still room for improvement, the customer support team remains responsive, knowledgeable, and consistently helpful.
The system includes an integrated e-signature feature, making the approval and management of care plans more efficient and streamlined
The platform currently lacks important functions such as bowel movement tracking and wound monitoring, which limits its ability to support comprehensive resident care documentation

We transitioned to ECP due to certain limitations in QuickMAR. While QuickMAR was simplified and user-friendly, especially for new staff with no prior EMAR experience, ECP offers a more in-depth system that supports comprehensive care management. However, this added complexity requires more time, patience, and thorough training to ensure staff can use it effectively.

Great Program
Overall I have had a great experience with ECP, [sensitive content hidden] the lady we worked with to set everything up was phenomenal and very helpful!
- Ease of use, great customer service, easy to train new employees on how to use the program
- As the person who entered most of the residents into our system, that was also really an easy process as well
- The med passing system is a little bit more difficult to use than our previous program
- The 2-steps for reordering meds, I wish there was way to turn that off, as well as the need to check in new meds/scripts into the system before they can be passed

ECP has served us well over the years. We have a close relationship with them and can discuss our needs at the time.
- Personalized service and willingness to help create items/processes for our company
- Someone always calls us to make sure we are satisfied
- Sometimes things are talked about and promised but not completed for a extended period of time
- They are willing to talk about it but the issue can be on both ends at any time

Happy we switched to ECP!
Very positive experience from the beginning. Great support. Does interface with our pharmacy which is why we switched in the first place.
- Overall a great EMR
- Ease of uploading and the ability to keep everything in one place
- The ECP support is very knowledgeable and friendly
- I would recommend to any assisted living or SNF
Setting alerts for staff notifications seems to be more difficult than it should be and there is no way to alert us if someone doesn't have a BM for 48 hrs

Living Well Assisted Living gives ECP a thumbs up
We've been using ECP for over 2 years. This alone, gives our vote of confidence. When I've had to call for assistance, it's always timely and accurate.
- When new medication administrators come to work for us, the software is easy to use
- This method of using ECP for passing medications is easy and intuitive
I sometimes have to adjust orders that were not entered by the pharmacy correctly so we can administer PRN medications the number of times they are allowed

Overall its easy to navigate residents profile. Easy to get quick resident information and being able to keep a progress note and incidents reports
The way its set up to pass meds and easy to print facesheets, being able to add all the residents information and life story profiles
Not able to DC orders instead of discontinued orders when the state comes it looks at our audits it does not reflect in system we have to add an alert
