Efficient, User Friendly, and Reliable
I've used a lot of different documentation software and EHR's over the years doing behavioral health. EHR Your Way is by far the most user friendly and reliable.
- EHR Your Way is easy to use, so I don't waste time on documentation
- After working all day doing psychotherapy, when I get home I am ready to put it aside
- There are a few typos that I wish I could fix
- Otherwise, I can't think of anything regarding use of this product

Wonderful experience

We’re a multi-provider behavioral-health practice that switched from a clunky EHR to EHRYourWay. Its customizable forms, note templates, and program workflows let us tailor care without constant developer help. Scheduling, telehealth, and the patient portal integrate smoothly, and reporting supports billing and QA. Onboarding required upfront setup, but the vendor’s playbooks and responsive support made it manageable — since launch we’ve cut documentation errors and improved claims processing.

Better than others out there
We love this product! Easy to use, the staff at EHRYW has been very willing to customize it to our specific needs.

Overall Positive Experience with Some improvements
Overall, I rate it 8/10: a practical, clinician-focused solution that significantly reduces administrative burden and outperforms traditional paper-based or rigid legacy systems, making it a strong choice for behavioral health practices seeking a tailored, efficient EHR. Scheduling, tracking visits, and pulling up records is easy to do. The patient portal lets patients sign off on documents without hassle of physical paperwork. Security’s solid with HIPAA compliant coverage and customer support actually responds and fixes things fast.
- Overall a good system with HIPAA compliant portal that allows for easy clinician use to schedule, track visits, and pull up records

- The patient portal could use some updates especially including more mobile friendly format
- The absence of spell-check in notes and occasional glitches can be annoying but are typically resolved through support quickly
- Changes may take time to implement but could see some improvements with new technology that could be integrated for clinicians support

She's a tall mountain to ascend, but understanding at the summit
Took a year to get comfortable with it, but the more comfortable I became the greater tool it was. And I left many stoned unturned.
- I liked all the choices for goals and diagnosis
- When I learned how to do them the appointments became easier
- It was a steep learning curve
- We had a number of problems initially and our office manager was on the phone a lot with you
- However, you were always helpful
- Truthfully, it took me a year to finally figure out all the ins and outs and even then I was missing stuff
- Luckily, our office manager was tech savvy to help when I was pulling my hair out
- Throughout the year I find out from colleagues "wow you can do that
- " I used the system from 2022-23 and I often got caught in areas when trying to put in diagnosis and it was quite hard to find the one I want and then have it end up in my report
- It really became a hope and prayer that I could figure my way through the labyrinth

EHR makes my job much easier
Overall, I have had great experience using EHR. When I started my job 3 years ago and began using EHR it only took me a few days to learn how to use it and I have had minimal issues since.
- I like that EHR is very user friendly, even for individuals like myself who are not computer savvy
- The way it is set up makes its features easily accessable and self explanatory with minimal training needed
EHR can sometimes be glitchy, and I also think it is capable of doing more than it does for us currently

- EHR Your Way is very easy to use, and customer support is always quick and helpful when any issues come up
- I like that new features such as the client autopay option have been added over time
- The patient portal is user-friendly and reliable, and creating notes is straightforward
- Provider login is simple but still secure, which makes daily workflow smooth
- There isn’t much I dislike, but I’d love an automatic save feature for notes to prevent data loss if a page refreshes or closes unexpectedly
- A dark mode option would also be great to reduce eye strain during long documentation sessions

Features are great and easy to use.
It has been easy to use, to assign back and forth and has everything we need to hold client's consents, docs, and progress notes.
- The features and ability to customize for our needs has been great
- As supervisors we are able to follow the client timeline
- Note taking is very easy as well
I can't think of much, when we talked to customer support we have worked through options to make it fit our needs
