Elorus is easy to use, fast and responsive with a pragmatic level of customization and flexibility. Highly recommended!
- It's simplicity and user experience is way ahead of classic accounting solutions
- Pricing is clear and closely follows regulations and similar requirements
- I'm using it for several types of personal or small companies and it just makes sense
- I would love better stock management and reporting
- One of my use cases is a warehousing company and with some small wins it could be better in this area as well
- Not Elorus' main focus though, I understand that
- I would love some more automations as well
- Basic stuff like be able to automatically send generated invoices on email or a Google Drive location

Good Experience
My overall experience with Elorus is great, our company is using this tool for about 3 years. I would highly recommend it.
- Direct fast support from the Elorus team direct messaging, they absolutely know their job
- Really easy, pleasant User Interface with graphics- images good colors, easy to the eye
Well if i must say something that would be pricing, while its among the cheapest platforms out there, it can always be cheaper

Smooth operators
I am a curmudgeon. I find flaws almost everywhere. Not with Elorus. These guys have all my needs covered.
- I am a user of the freemium
- Never had an issue, or need for support
- The interface is intuitive and smooth, and everything works like a charm
- I am not sure I have something that I like the least
- Maybe how the default PDF template is shaped
- Oh, maybe when you click the full payment and the field above is blank, the system should not complain and assume that indeed the whole amount was deposited
- Or maybe the 0% VAT articles, have me put a description and infer the article
- Something like that

Elorus review
Very happy with it. Didn't have to learn how to upload my invoices on oyr Tax Authority's platform since Elorus does it for me.

- Straight forward procedure
- Elorus provides the necessary security for my invoicing

- It's just the fact that every time I produce an invoice for a client that has already paid me, and I declare on the platform that the whole ammount has been paid, it keeps it as not paid and it keeps summing the "unpaid" amounts

Very useful
It has a slow learning curve for someone that is not an accountant but eventually you get to issue your invoices yourself.
- Large and comprehensive manual of the platform
- Moreover customer support is generous and fast just by having a chat service
Workflow is a bit odd but I think in every next version they fix any issues or the browsing problems inside the platform

Elorus, definatelly one of the best options out there for Invoicing in Greece
I am using Elorus for a limited number of monthly invoices, and for this kind of workload, I am completely satisfied.
