Great, Value for Money Solution for a B2B
We were looking for a solution that would suit a B2B and were comparing various options against the features of Pardot and Hubspot. EngageBay came out as the most cost-effective solution that gave us most of the features but at a much more reasonable cost. We are happy with the choice of EngageBay for our business. Not only is it good value, but it is easy to use and the support is better than their competitors (including some of the market leaders which I have experienced first hand).
- It does everything we need at a much more reasonable cost than than the market-leading marketing platforms and CRMs
- Also, the interface is much easier to use and far more intuitive than some of the market leaders, eg
- SalesForce/Pardot
- The support team are responsive and will answer any questions which is helpful particularly in the set up phase
- We are based in Australia, so sometimes there is a time lag but it has not caused us any issues to date
- There are a few missing features which would seem to be obvious, eg
- not being able to sort on every column of data or only having the client's first name listed in some places when having both names would be more helpful or not having the ability to insert an email link into their templates
- However, these can be worked around

Best CRM Ive used
Fantastic - from start to finish - the right CRM backed by incredible support. The CRm streamlines and the support ensure you get there fast
- The support team - truly an example of what great support looks like
- We have all played with various tools and we all know that the learning curve is the hardest part but, when the support is so good, you find yourself integrated and using their CRM far quicker than any other system i have tested or used
So far there are no cons, I've used every CRM out there and the most frustrating part is the initial learning curve however, their support take the lead hands down

The best CRM I've ever used
I have been able to do everything i need plus more in engagebay and the guys on the helps desk are awesome
- I like pretty much everything about engagebay
- i cannot put my similar automations into folders
- i cannot search automations in the search bar Automations do not allow date finder however there is a work around for this so its not too much of a problem

after about a year or 2 of being a customer i started constantly having trouble and the customer service was rude and unhelpful.

The Worst Data Security Ever, Stay away!

- System wise, nice software
- But be aware, you will lose all data
- They just delete it and never come back to it
- You will not be able to recover it
- Data Security, the worst
- There are no backups of anything
- they upgraded to a new server, and I lost all my CRM data, only the names were still there with contact details, but none of all historical events, mails, notes, anything
- I talked to support, they said, we removed all data of before because we got in trouble with the size of the database
- Then they change the story, suddenly they say it was changing the server
- Anyways, result is, you can never recover your data and lose all without any notice
- Engagebay is a feature rich mailing tool, but that it is
- Support really does not care, they are completely loose from the backend team and backend does not respond to anything at all
- You can talk for hours to support, they promise to come back to things, but they dont
- Updates to the system are almost none, I have been using it for years now
- Only paid services are added
- Please stay away if your data is important, I have really never met this level of backup and data security amateurs
- Oh and, if you ever want out, there is no way of really getting your data out of the system
- so beware

- I've been using EngageBay for my small business for five years, and it's been wonderful
- A standout has been the support offered via livechat, which has always been ultra-responsive and very helpful
- It's also extremely cost-competetive, which is very important for a small business like mine
- I can't recommend it highly enough

Lots of features but unreliable
Conceptually, it could be a great platform. The issue is that given the number of bugs and the unreliable marketing automation stats, it's difficult to have trust in the product.
- It has a lot of features
- It pretty much has everything you would want in a CRM and marketing automation platform
- It's very buggy
- Support has gotten better, but there have been numerous instances where we've reached out to support, and it was common to get a response that it's something on our end
- We've done our best to use it for our marketing automation purposes, but the delivered/open/click stats can't be trusted
- We've A/B tested this using Sendgrid, and it was clear that the stats in Engagebay just didn't make sense

A powerful CRM with amazing support, even on the basic plan
Overall, I'm very happy with EngageBay. I'm still getting to know all the tools it offers, but it already feels like a very complete and well-designed solution. I’ve tried several CRMs and this one stands out, not only because of its features, but because of how well the support team treats you. I definitely plan to continue using it.

- The interface is intuitive and clean, which helps a lot when you're getting started
- The help desk team is absolutely fantastic
- Fast, kind, and incredibly helpful every time I reach out
- That level of support is not easy to find and really makes a difference, especially when you're learning the platform

- Some features require a bit of a learning curve, but that’s expected with any powerful platform

Great CRM for small business

- Easy to use platform, automations are intuitive and make a lot of smaller tasks very easy to manage
- The UI is great and the learning curve was small
- Support is always readily available and friendly
- I use several different CRMs in my position and this one has by far been my favorite
There are some small things that I wish were able to be handled by automations that Engagebay cannot at this time, but so far I've been able to find simple workarounds
