About eSchedule

eSchedule is a web-based solution designed to help emergency medical services, fire departments, nurses, law enforcement agencies and emergency communication centers manage timesheets, payroll, training, certifications, vehicle maintenance and more. Administrators can utilize built-in templates to schedule and track hourly, daily, weekly and monthly shifts across multiple departments or stations. The platform enables team leaders to track employees’ working hours, vacation requests, overtime, meetings, paid time-offs and more on a unified interface. eSchedule lets managers create and track expiration dates of various certifications including Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) and Fire Fighter I & II. Additionally, operators can record members’ details such as contact information and messaging preferences in a centralized dashboard. eSchedule allows businesses to set up preventive maintenance reminders for fleet and track equipment. Pricing is based on annual subscriptions and support is extended via FAQs, knowledge base, phone, online contact form and other online measures.

eSchedule simplifies scheduling and provides a great user experience!

eSchedule solved the needs we were looking for in a scheduling program. We received more than what we expected and had our entire organization trained on the program quickly and efficiently. The reporting is extremely powerful and accurate, allowing me to maintain a schedule of over 200 volunteers to the highest standards while maintaining pinpoint accuracy.

Great. No issues. Since starting with eschedule we have grown the platform together. That’s very important I believe

  • I also love how they help to make the platform work around our department
  • They have modified and added so many features after speaking with us to make everything exactly what we need

  • Wish the scheduling app was slightly easier to use
  • Drag and drop for the schedule
  • Firefighters like easy
  • Especially the ones doing the scheduled
  • Wish the forms could be in sub categories
  • We have made so many (and they are great) the drop down just gets overwhelming
  • Love the fact it not only handles scheduling but also messaging and forms

eSchedule is GREAT!!!!

I have been very pleased with eSchedule and their staff. The implementation took some time, but it has definitely paid off. We had some hiccups at first, as with any new system, but with assistance from eSchedule, we have worked out all of the issues. I would absolutely recommend eSchedule to other organizations.

What they liked
  • The system is so user friendly
  • We have so many different schedules and eSchedule is capable of calculating all of the schedules
  • We were spending about two days calculating manual time sheets
  • Now, we can process payroll in about 30 minutes after all timesheets are approved
Room for improvement
  • I can't think of anything that I don't like about eSchedule
  • When I needed something changed to fit our agency better, the programmers were able to accommodate the request

Great! I really enjoy using their product. The staff finds it very user friendly, and I could not agree more.

The only headache at the moment is the way the time card categories are set up, but that is more of an intrinsic thing than their issue

I am very happy with the initial setup process, with the reps creating all of the employee's accounts and smooth sailing from there!

Great Software

My overall experience with eSchedule has been extremely positive. I have found that the software meets all of our needs. That coupled with the extraordinary support team make this software well worth the investment.

  • It is extremely easy to use as an administrator as well as the end users

  • We have experienced some difficultly with the payroll import component of the software
  • However, when we have encountered the issues, their Technical Support Team have always been outstanding in assisting use correct the issues

Makes time tracking and payroll much more efficient

My overall experience with eSchedule has been very positive. The system is user-friendly and makes payroll and time tracking much more efficient. I especially appreciate the reports feature, which helps keep accurate records. It’s been a reliable tool that simplifies day-to-day administrative tasks and keeps everything organized.

In a world of automated answering, and never getting to speak with a human, eSchedule is a breath of fresh air. They answer the phone, or will respond back to a message within a day. Over the time with our organization, they have seamlessly achieved a multitude of our asks. Eschedule continues to earn our support, and strives to be the best they can be. ESCHEDULE SUCCESS

The platform will keep you organized and the Customer Service for this platform is phenomenal. Working with eschedule customer service, we customized our schedule to house several different schedules and employees. All of our Training and community events are put on a shared calendar for all to be aware of when they sign into eschedule. The platform is a wonderful tool for today's busy business world.

  • The platform keeps track of each employee's PTO time as its being used and the employee can see how much PTO time they have on any given day

  • The Eschedule platform has been very easy to use and has saved so much time with payroll and keeping track of PTO time
