- I love the easy to use platform
- This allows clients to follow along with ease and communication with coaches is easy
- What I dislike is flaws in tracking training packages

Love the app and the improvements and your commitment to growth
My overall experience has been great and very empowering. I'm thankful for for this app and the growth the company is constantly focused on. I hope that these points I've made in this review served to improve in areas that will contribute to the apps continued excellence.
- I love the open architecture and how complete the program is currently
- I also love that it's constantly being improved as it has been for the last 2 years that I've been utilizing the program
- Opening up new opportunities allow me to scale on the way that is productive for our Legacy
- Not easy to access client information from anywhere other than messages or client list
- I feel that if I have an appointment with a client, by clicking on the actual appointment I should be able to have more options than rescheduled and cancel
- I should be able to also access the profile of the client
- Anywhere that I could find the client's name should give me an option to access information
- Also doing side by side comparisons especially for producing before and after documents is not a feature that you all excelled in
- I'd recommend also partnering with a company like macro stacks
- As it is there is no AI or any built-in mechanism to help automate nutrition in a way that will allow the client to be accountable if they're paying for the service

Overall the experience is great, customer service is very quick with response time and breaks things down very well
- Fitbudd helped me with my website and app
Whenever the pricing updated I lost the ability to manage other trainers on my team and now I have to pay an additional fee for it whenever it was originally included in my plan

Sign - up and don't think twice.
Overall I would recommend FitBudd to literally every fitness professional looking to work with clients remotely
- I like the option to have it branded with my logo
- It adds an element that potential customers love
- I really also enjoy the ease of use and customer service
- My least favorite thing about FitBudd also ties into my favorite thing about it
- The customization
- You get to (but also have to) customize every detail about it
- It's a lot of work on the front end, but super worth it on the back end

Fitbudd is Fire 🔥
Great experience so far. My clients like the app. I don't have to worry about the developer end, makes my job a lot easier.

- Customer service is very responsible when issues rise
- The new Ai generative workouts is a game changer
- Inability to export client data
- The analysis system is very simple and does not go in depth
- Customer service can take days to response

Great platform
It's been a great experience. I am very happy with the product and service. I have seen other fitness apps and the layout and integration is superior
- The actual template makes it easy to use and come up with your own customized information
- They are good about support and communication

Overall good app with needed easy improvements
It has been overall a good experience. Customer service has always resolved my issues but not necessarily in a timely manner
- Easy to use
- Interface is friendly
- Workout features have improved making I easier to create workouts
- It doesn't show macros per meal I have to open each item and add a them manually to see how much protein carbs and fat I have consumed
- Nutrition or workouts a cannot be input by the client

Great Product
It was amazing! I am so excited to use this app for my clients. The layout is clean, the features are practical, and it really helps keep everything in one place for smooth coaching.
- I loved how thoroughly the explanation was of using the app
- It is incredibly user-friendly, easy to navigate and perfect for both coaches and clients just getting started
- I honestly don't have anything negative to say
- If I had to pick something, it might be that the video upload time takes a bit depending on WiFi speed, but it's minor overall

I like the look of app a lot and features. It is good to be able to customize for clients and have workouts and nutrition.

- How user friendly and easy to navigate it is
- Very appealing visually as compared to other apps as well
- Original metric system is KG’s but you can switch it so it’s not a real issue
- Other than that I have no issues
