Sales Reps in need of a CRM tool, get Flowlu now!

I love using it. It has made keeping track of my prospects very easy.The search process to find my prospects is intuitive.

What they liked
  • The ability to try before buying, up to a certain data amount
  • I had several days of full time use at work and did not want to cancel my plan when given the option
  • It was much more beneficial for me to upgrade my plan
Room for improvement
  • The lack of videos specific to me as an independent sales contributor using the database as my CRM
  • I am learning how to optimize it as I go along

Signed up for Flowlu & never considering anything else

Very positive experience, loved it from the get-go, enjoy how all-in-one the platform is, huge upgrade from my previous platform which also cost more than Flowlu

How much of an all-in-one platform it is, very impressive especially for such low prices, even free options

Haven't discovered one yet, maybe after upgrading my plan I'll have better feedback on this question

Complete Package for Business Management

Overall, I think it is a great piece of software with a solid foundation. I look forward to seeing it grow and update.

What they liked
  • I like that it is an all-in-one package that covers your CRM, projects, tasks, workspaces (I use for departments), finances, knowledge base, etc
  • Previously I would use a dedicated PM system and wish I had more insight into my business
Room for improvement
  • Some of the UI feels outdated
  • I feel like it can be improved
  • I also found some bulk edit capabilities missing, which does become a pain when I have to manually edit a bunch of tasks
Switched From

ClickUp requires you the user to build the system whereas Flowlu already has the system perfectly built out for you. I can hit the ground running with Flowlu and have projects/tasks ready in minutes. With ClickUp, I spend more time thinking about the best way to set up my structure than the actual projects/tasks at hand.

The Pipedrive native system proved to be lacking, forcing us to invest in an additional SaaS subscription just to fill the gaps. Even after that extra investment, the combined solution still didn't meet our needs.

Flowlu Keeps Our Team Organized and Efficient

My overall experience with Flowlu has been very positive. The platform provides strong Security, great Value for Money, and responsive Customer Support. The tools for Project Collaboration and Team Collaboration make it easy to keep everyone aligned, while Project Tracking ensures that deadlines are met. In addition, the Employee Management feature has helped us stay organized internally. Overall, Flowlu has improved the way we manage our work and made our team more efficient.

We use for years and happy especially about linked Record list and connection between Record list and CRM items

  • CRM interface is user friendly
  • Links between CRM and record list is advantage
  • Adjustable user interface is good
  • You can expand the information you enter with custom fields

  • List import is problem because of CSV file format
  • Time tracker is not practical
  • CRM repost is not customizable
  • It is very basic

Great overall

Great overall. We use it as a database for our rights deals at the agency and it's great to have all the parts of the process in one place

It would have been very useful to have active reminders popping up as it is essential for us to track parts of the process that have not been completed

"I considered The Rights Manager but I it was not an option above. I chose Flowlu because it was cheaper but unfortunately it does not have all the features we need"

Flexible enterprise level mutli-use platform at great value

So far its been great. Really enjoying the extra functionalities we get around the core products we need.

What they liked
  • Great Value for money
  • Lot of different well built out features and functionalities that overlap
  • Customer support has been great also, we usually get an instant response to any queries and have been able to build our franchise business around the products pretty quickly
  • Addition of tasks and project features really complete the CRM functionality
Room for improvement
  • Would be great to have an email / SMS automation functionality to go along with the CRM
  • Some of the permissions aren't as flexible as they could be, but this is a minor thing and there are workarounds

Cost of AC was very high. Flowlu gives us multiple tools with the CRM out of the box.
