Using Freelo daily expirience

After using this tool in our startup for a longer period, what I like most about it is that it’s been quite intuitive to use from the very beginning. I can always find a clear breakdown of roles and responsibilities. While it doesn’t allow for creating custom status workflows like Kanban columns, I’ve replaced that with an external solution. I did miss having a “dark mode,” because Freelo doesn’t offer any “custom themes” I could set up. A useful feature I often rely on is task comments—I don’t forget my own thoughts or those of others related to tasks. I also frequently tag my colleagues in the comments. On top of that, I often use the mobile app, which is really easy to understand, and it’s great that it’s ad-free, since ads are a big no-go for me. The biggest highlight for me would probably be the checklists, because they give me confidence that I’ve prepared everything I actually needed.

It's a good experience with this tool. I can't complain. It's just that I turned off notifications. They flooded my email

Freelo is everything it promises

Coordinating and managing several projects, all of the activities of our core organization with ease.

What they liked

Easy to use, easy to learn to use, no bugs or hiccups, it allows you to coordinate multiple projects with ease

  • Probably the design and the "navy" terminology
  • But both are ok, so no problem to be found there really

Great project management and collaboration tool

"New project tool for our NGO"

Overall, I find the tool very easy to work with. In the past we used Trello for project management. I appreciate that the tool is in Czech - for colleagues who do not speak English well this is an important feature. In the business license we have support from the provider, including regular newsletters, feedback, knowledge enhancement - the customer care is of a high standard. The visualisation of the tool is clear and intuitive.
