About Freshsales

Freshsales is a salesforce automation solution that enables businesses of all sizes to streamline lead management, client interaction, marketing insights, customer relationship management and other operations. The platform enables organizations to design custom workflows with event-based triggers to automate repetitive tasks. Freshsales allows teams to create custom sales pipelines based on geographies, team, processes or other criteria and maintain a product catalogue with pricing, discount and tax information. It offers a host of features like customizable email templates, sales goals management, predictive contact scoring, sales forecasting, audit logs, role-based access and more. Additionally, administrators can view and track KPIs, teams’ performance, sales, client communication and other data via the analytics dashboard. Freshsales facilitates integration with numerous third-party applications such as Microsoft Outlook, PandaDoc, Xero and more. It is available on monthly/annual subscriptions and support is provided via phone, email and other online measures.

Reliable and cost effective platform

Overall experience is great. it is providing efficient services by automation our sales. I also appreciate the way it lets us track the sales activities.

  • I really like the way it keeps the sales sequences and automates them
  • Making sales pipelines is not a big task on Freshsales
  • I would say this is one of the best CRM platforms am using
  • Moreover, the synchronizing system of the calendar works amazingly, if I talk about the pricing of Freshsales it is cost-effective and affordable product

To be honest it is working perfectly, before some months I was having some issues with add-ons but after getting assistance from its customer support I resolved the issue easily, so yes now there are no cons to write here

Great software, but expensive and poor support

Good overall experience. It works well and looks great, but the pricing and support let it down. Support is particularly bad, a lack of understanding of their product.

Amazing CRM Pragram

Many as i use this program for saving all my clients information when contacting them and making notes.

Freshsales Review

The system itself is very good, and the company are willing to create special features if needed, and are happy to work with our system manager to ensure it meets the needs of our business. There is a lot of potential to the Freshsales system that our team are looking to utilise, especially around automations. Sometime the customer service they offer through their instant chats does not always lead to a solution. I found the chatbot that offers suggestions for help rarely comes up with the answers to my queries - then their is usually a language barrier when conversing with their overseas customer service operatives who manage the chat one you get past the chatbot - their team often help with a solution, but it can take some time.

What they liked
  • Easily view customer profiles
  • Edit the views to see what is needed most - for example, we have important details at the top of their profile, like their contact details
  • It records all communication in one location for quick access when needed
  • Fairly simple navigation structure, search bar to find customers, navigation bar down the side to access different areas of their profile
  • The analytics section allow you to create reports that can update themselves, making it easy to monitor and view necessary information, the reports also easily convert to an Excel Spreadsheet
  • Our phone system is built into this system, meaning we can see who is calling and when you click their name, it brings you straight to the customer profile
  • Automated emails when fields are updated take a lot of work off our hands
Room for improvement
  • I've found creating Analytics Reports to be very complicated and difficult to understand - you need to follow the guidance on how to do this, or have help from someone who does understand, they did not seem simple to set up
  • It will prompt you to refresh the page fairly often, meaning you lose you place on a page and have to scroll back down
  • The system only allows for a certain amount of field's per customer, meaning you have to make learning records for the courses, which are on a different page from their profile and are not as easy to view

Freshsales - CRM for the startup of tomorrow

Overall Freshsales is a great CRM tool for a new startup to base its sales department.

What they liked
  • It has a great feature list
  • Right from adding contacts/leads to the platform, managing lead lifecycle through tasks and creating deals to incentivise the cycle, its a very easy to use platform
Room for improvement
  • The pricing for Freshsales has to be revised as per Indian Geography
  • Also some basic features like Campaign Management for automated outreach is not present

  • Some automations just straight up not doable tho, I tried messing with it but nope
  • Kinda sucks 'cause I was hoping to not have to set every single thing by hand
