Fusion Ops
My overall experience with Fusion operations has been a very positive one, i cant describe enough how well the fusion team have helped us through the years! i have enjoyed working with [sensitive content hidden] and meeting with him on a fortnightly basis to discuss any issues, improvements and suggestions we have.
- while working with Fusion operations i have found the following to be super easy to use and user friendly
- The software is a nice and easy software to use all allows all the shop floor to easily log on, insert production, downtime etc
- this has also allowed us to incorporate quality check sheets into the products to get full traceability of quality checks all contained on the production order
I would say the thing i have liked the least was the lack of communication with updates and often caused us problems in production where it would change something with the process

Honest Feedback
My customer service rep ( [sensitive content hidden]) is top notch. he listens to everything that I need and tries to get me where I need to be. At times though we cannot get what we need just because the engineering department is not looking to make those specific changes even though the request [sensitive content hidden] is making would benefit all of Fusions customers.
- Inventory utilization is easy to use when entering, but this process can still be improved
- it is very easy to enter inventory on the wrong press
- The system should be able to scan the product number on the label as a verification to make sure inventory is put in correct product code
- This needs to be dummy proof to make it give me 100% confidence in what is scanned into system
- labels
- you have to make production orders just to print labels even when product is in inventory
- this makes to where I have to go in and manually remove the production orders so production does not try to either make the product or use the wrong production order when a new order is created
- Also, Fusion is advertised as a manufacturing software, however on all the work instruction demos it has examples of all bakery's making cakes
- I would recommend changing to manufacturing so people can see how the system would best suit their needs
Why they chose it
"pricing was much better than what it is now. Once it was purchased by autocad the price went up 50%. If the price was this when we looked at the system we probably would not have purchased it due to the cost. Now we have too much invested to move to another product."

Unmatched in their dedication to their customer's success
Overall, my 3.5 yrs experience with Fusion Operations has been great and I am glad I made the choice when I did. Their customer success team is dedicated to solving your unique needs.
- I love how easy it is to filter and find historical inventory and production data
- If you are familiar with filtering tables in excel you will enjoy working in this system
- I also really appreciate how easy it is to import and export from excel
- The inclusion of production floor worker input is very nice to see in a product at this price point
The only thing needed to perfect this product is either a direct addition of full accounting features (it already has great costing and valuation features) or a sister accounting software that was built around perfect integration with the production/inventory side
Why they chose it
"It has production floor worker input. Easier to use. Better Customer Success support...and I mean MUCH better."

Great product
The product is really good the customer service is outstanding!
- It is easy to use
- The customer service is great
- Anytime we have a question or need the software to do something else, they are great to work with
- There are still some things that would be nice to be able to drill down on more

Fusion Ops is a Game Changer!
SUPER HAPPY! Sales and support staff are amazing and eager to assist. Never have I seen a software system with such quick and responsive support.
- Super fast implementation
- Ease of use
- Easily customizable
Coming from a more in depth system we don't have the "depth" of system but the trade off is a much less cumbersome day to day experience
Switched From
Cost and poor customer service on the part of ECI.
Why they chose it
"We use Autodesk Fusion (CAD/CAM) already and decided to try Fusion Ops based on our satisfaction with AF."

Fusion for our Future
I think the product is great and the support/service that comes with it is even greater.
- The low overhead and speed with which we could implement and begin capturing data about our production performance, stood out in my experience
- The customer success manager we worked with, and that model for support is amazing for us
- The live chat support was also amazing
- There are some features that did not quite align with the needs of our production operations, and we had to do some work arounds
- There are still some small limitations in flexibility which we would like improved
Why they chose it
"Trial and Support manager made it seem like this was easy to try and low initial investment with high upside."

ProdSmart
My overall experience has definitely been really good. The support provided not just by customer service but also the developers and the [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN]. Having the opportunity to have the [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] fly out and met with our team to help understand our current process and the best way to implement the Prodsmart software was very helpful. The use of the software has added value to our floor and made a lot of our workflows easier and more efficient.
Definitely the ease of use of the system and its ability to really customize the software to work with our manufacturing and production workflow
- Upon initial setup, there were few bugs and issues we had faced with the software, which slowed down production or caused the production team to lose a little faith in the software
- This is something that is expected with a new software
- Thankfully the issues were fixed in a timely manner and we haven’t faced any bugs/issues for a while now
Why they chose it
"We choose Prodsmart for the fabrication and production tracking, while using RFGen only for warehouse management. The reason for this is the ease of customization with Prodsmart. For RFGen the cost of development to implement to our production side was too high."

Fusion Operations
Overall I am extremely happy with Fusion. My only gripe would be the Autodesk roadmap does not give us as much freedom as when it was Prodsmart with updating our improvements that we have tried to update.
- My experience with Fusion both in the back office and shop floor users is very easy to use, operators can move between all screens within Fusion with no fuss
- Big displays especially when welding operators are using tablets to use Fusion
From the back office the reporting side is probably my least favourite, I am always deleting unwanted words/figures that are not needed for excel exporting

Fusion Operations
Overall a good experience, it’s the combination of simplicity, efficiency, and the ability to make data-driven decisions quickly that stands out to me. It’s not just software—it feels like a comprehensive operations partner.
- What I like most about Fusion Operations is its real-time production tracking and the level of visibility it provides across the entire manufacturing process
- The platform’s dashboards are incredibly intuitive, allowing you to monitor everything—orders, workers, machines, materials, and even costs—in one place
- While the platform is feature-rich, some advanced analytics or integrations with niche third-party tools might not be as seamless or readily available
- However, to be fair, those requirements are very specific to our business needs and might not apply to most users
