About GEOH

GeoH is a cloud-based solution that helps home health care agencies streamline and manage administrative processes. Key features include charting, appointment scheduling, compliance review, payroll, billing and attendance tracking. GeoH allows agencies to utilize the platform to quickly schedule and assign appointments to caregivers as per availability, check billable hours, add new clients and more. It comes with GPS capabilities, which lets users ensure compliance with electronic visit verification (E.V.V.) regulations and document proof of service. Additionally, it allows caregivers to view clients’ care plans, add notes on declined services, mark completed tasks as done and receive the clients' approval signatures within mobile devices. GeoH provides caregivers with individualized logins, which allows them to manage calendar, received assignments from agency administrators, daily schedules and more. Pricing is available on request and support is extended via email and phone.

It was an excellent experience so far.

It was 100% excellent experience so far. I will recommend GEOH to other homecare companies who needs professionals to help with their EVV.

  • They were able to get me set up immediately without any issues
  • Also, scheduled some more zoom meeting with me to ensure everything is working perfectly

GEOH is amazing

My overall experience with GEOH has been a pretty good one. Communication is really great and team members get back with you in a timely manner.

What they liked
  • I like that scheduling shifts are really easy
  • I also like that billing is an option especially for someone like me who isn’t familiar with billing
Room for improvement

The onboarding process was dragged out a little longer than I thought necessary but it all worked out

Great Company

my experience has been a great one. From the beginning, [sensitive content hidden] reached out to me and was very respectful of my time. He also respected my timeline and that I was not ready to bring them on as a vendor at the time. [sensitive content hidden] followed up with me often and even after I signed up, I was able to reach out to him for any questions that I have.

What they liked
  • The thing I like most about Geoh is there a local and they have a team that is fully accessible
  • With any questions or concerns, I may have had they are always following up
  • Seeing that I am a start up
  • They have been really helpful and explaining the connection between the software they use and the MCE
  • I’m especially happy with [sensitive content hidden] who are my reps
Room for improvement
  • at the moment, Being, a new partnership I don’t have any cons
  • However the only thing I can think of would be the monthly option has been priced higher than competitors, it’s definitely worth the service and you can reduce the price by locking into a contract
  • I would recommend a smaller contract for new time users

Exceptional Service, Easy Use, and Mind-Blowing Functionality-- GeoH

I have found the app to be extremely helpful and much better than the alternatives. I also have found the staff of GeoH to be extremely kind, patient, and great at explaining how the system works.

What they liked
  • I really enjoy the scheduling features
  • My favorite aspect is the ability to see the amount of units I have used in scheduling and how many are left
  • It is also not hard to learn the system
  • I have found most of it to be self-explanatory after an initial informational meeting and I myself only having a few follow up questions
Room for improvement
  • I can't think of anything in particular that sticks out to me
  • I would like it if they added an area for adult daycare services
  • I don't believe that is available in the app yet
  • Since it usually means there is one attendant watching over a few clients
  • That is the only aspect I could think of that would be beneficial

"I really liked the pricing of GeoH and the application set up. It also connects to Sandata which is an awesome feature. The employees I talked to about the product were also incredibly knowledgeable and patient."

Happy Customer

My overall experience has been amazing! It took a little time to get used to things but I am so glad I trusted Geoh with my EVV's and billing. I am sending message in regards to [sensitive content hidden], I just wanted to give the BIGGEST KUDOS to [sensitive content hidden]! [sensitive content hidden] has done a miraculous Job on getting my claims paid out all the way back from November 2024. Because of [sensitive content hidden] my Business is back on track financially. As we all know, small businesses get hit the hardest financially especially when claims are not getting paid out for weeks or months. Getting started with the Geoh App

It was hard clocking in and out until I had my follow up zoom. Now I'm more acquainted with the app and confident on how to clock in and out.

  • The representative was very patient with me during issues arising with my computer
  • She did a follow up after testing the Geoh EVV out a few days later

  • Too much information on the application
  • Hope some of the information on the app is for the admins only

I would highly recommend anyone that is starting a business or had an existing business to contact GeoH for the billing needs
