a different design from the normal administration

long-time processes are now faster to perform through automation

  • accounting and invoicing was simplified in a very advanced way allowing the automation of tasks for a more agile and more organized work
  • All the accounting information is secure so that reports can be made more quickly to streamline processes, being all this in the cloud allows you to have the information from any device
Room for improvement

It has tools that if you don't know how to use it become confusing to connect with the others, the support always helps to resolve concerns but it would be good to have a manual where each tool is more specified

A central part of our day-to-day business management.

Although it has a small learning curve, it is a very powerful tool that helps small and medium sized businesses to have full control over a large number of areas and aspects of management. It requires getting to grips with the whole organisation of issues, processes and the huge variety of possibilities it offers, but it has undoubtedly become a central part of our day-to-day business management.

  • It has proven to be a great tool to organise all aspects of our business: CRM, invoicing and finance, projects, HR

Room for improvement
  • Its enormous capacity and possibilities mean that it takes some time to get to grips with the whole tool
  • Some of the processes or information validations are not very intuitive but there is a lot of information and help available if needed
Switched From

The change in invoicing requirements for companies from the regional tax authorities forced us to switch from Paymo (created and based outside Spain) to Holded, which immediately integrated the possibility to meet these new invoicing requirements.

Valuable Software that is Easy to Use

It's easy to keep track of invoicing, payments, to send reminders to contacts and add contacts. It's easy to give access to your accountant and I haven't used the accounting feature, but I am sure that is useful too.

  • I love that Holded offers the capacity to customise invoices, add units or notes to invoices so all is clear to contacts
  • It is easy to add contacts and all fields are clear
  • It is easy to reconcile payments, send reminders, email invoices and duplicate invoices if billing the same contacts monthly
Room for improvement
  • Nothing
  • It's more expensive than other software but I believe it is worth it
Switched From

Problems syncing bank accounts to Anfix. Duplication of invoices etc by software and the software ran slow.

Automatic accounting processes

I can maintain a more organized work with coworkers since by having everyone have the same information in real time we have been able to improve work aspects for better production

What they liked

The initial data collection is very good because based on that information it creates automatic reports that save a lot of time in creation, all the accounting information is secure and it is easier to invoice and an updated list of the inventory products is maintained, giving detailed control, in its entirety it is a very good application with its functions

There is absolutely nothing that I dislike, they have always met my expectations and they help me at all times that I need it

Saving my dollars

Personally it was easy for me to set this up for my small business. It has easy self guided spread and very warm inviting home page. No lags In pages loading and so far everything has worked perfectly

It's super easy to set up and maintain account easy to keep track of pay roll and helps me stay organized and communicate with my crew super easy interface and self guided tutorials in the beginning which I loved
