Good overall experience on most of the modules, but I do wish their AI was more advanced by now where we should be able to utilize it for key data
how easy it is to generate numerous reports, formula effective workflows, customize HTML print forms
They have not fixed an obvious scripting error on the amount line-item field of transactions where you are able to edit the total amount on a line item after entering the quantity and unit rate

New to the platform
I have found that the capabilities to import data from disparate platforms was relatively straightforward. SuiteAnswers has been an invaluable tool in helping find what I need. Our implementation team did a good job of supporting us through the process of implementation and initial configuration.
NetSuite has allowed us to consolidate our platforms and bring data together into a converged system so that we have "One source of the truth" in out operations
It's a learning curve, but any platform we would have migrated to would have had a similar learning curve

very powerful tool but performance can be an issue with ever growing data inside.
Good tool, also the different kinds of access you can grant to users so they can't reach something they are not allowed to is great.
- The high level of customization possibilities to fit our need
- We handle all our stock movement, order processing, billing through Netsuite
- Having a lot of customers, historical data, products in our instance we run into performance problems for certain tasks
- some reports take quite a long time to process as they go through the entire history in our Netsuite DB

Powerful but complex
My overall experience with NetSuite has been a mix of strong functionality and challenging usability. On the positive side, it’s a comprehensive system that brings together invoicing, transaction management, and reporting in one platform. Once configured, the automation saves a significant amount of manual work, and having everything centralized adds real value for money, especially for businesses looking to scale.
- After two years of using NetSuite Oracle, I can say it is a powerful all-in-one ERP that provides great value for money if your business fully leverages its breadth of features
- Transaction management and invoicing are very robust once everything is properly configured, making it easier to centralize processes that would otherwise require several different tools
- The system’s automation reduces manual work, I also appreciate that the platform is highly customizable, which means it can be adapted to different industries and business models
- NetSuite comes with a steep learning curve, and its ease of use is not its strongest point
- Navigating the system can feel overwhelming, especially for new users, and customization sometimes requires technical expertise that not every company has in-house
- There's a lack of visual dashboards in oposition to similar ERPs and customer support answers sometimes are slower than expected

Game Changing ERP
Overall it's been amazing. All facets of our company use it and love the customization and ease of use. With other ERP's you have to make your processes fit in their box, with NetSuite- you can make your ERP fit your processes.

Game changer
Game changer From implementation to go live, the whole process is easy. The documentation and the milestones are realistic
- "Before using NetSuite, everything we did was on paper, and nothing was electronic
- Since switching over to NetSuite, everything is tracked with electronic references for our field service technicians
- We no longer deal with lost or incorrect paperwork, and our customers receive accurate service reports every time
- Our asset management and support cases are now easier to handle and more accurate, and we use online forms and better reporting for our financials and field service modules
- Overall, it's really changed the way our business operates
- The speed of next week can be a little difficult
- Sometimes it does lack when loading pages, but overall the pros outweigh the cons

Great ERP Solution By Oracle
Overall, NetSuite has been an excellent ERP platform for streamlining operations and consolidating data accross departments.
NetSuite offers a true all in one ERP solution with real time visibility accross operations and sales
The system can be little complex to set up initially and requires significant training for new users which can drive up the cost

Very Customizable, But At A Cost
I liked how customizable Netsuite was as you could make any form or record type the way you want, but then things like reports would be hard to build, and getting data out of Netsuite is extremely difficult because of how many similar fields with different field IDs there are.
- Netsuite is extremely customizable which is helpful for a lot of companies
- There is a lot of automation that can be completed as well
- Netsuite is very expensive the features are pieced out so you have to buy additional features
- Netsuite could be the best ERP in the world were it not for cost of use

Netsuite from a vew point of AP
My whole experience was really good. I could create 9 out of 10 because of the things like the consolidation of the financial statements, the integration of the vendor invoices and everything.

Sometimes things may very in the integration like whatever I feel in Coupa may look different due to some of the errors in the integration, and that was the one thing that I never liked about netsuites

Net Suite is a great program
Very good overall. Definitely does everything we needed it to do. I would recommend it for small or large companies.
