A joy. A breeze. A task no one wants to do, made a little easier.
- The thing I like most about the Donesafe software is how easy it is to use
- a simple, straight forward online database of all the tools your company needs to stay compliant
- And Donesafe is great because it puts everything you need into one place
- You're ENTIRE H&S system
- Accident Registers, Chemical Registers, Plant Equipment, Hazard Registers etc
- Everything
- I truly, honestly have not found anything yet that I would complain about
- Sorry, not sorry :) Even when I run into an issue, their support team are fast responding, friendly and super helpful

Very happy customer
Always a positive and quick response to any support needs or questions. Where legislation changes, the system is updated in line with those changes to again help the user. It is more than a system - it is a management tool.

- For insured states, the insurers know about the system and are asking us for the reference number
- There is nothing I do not like about the system

DoneSafe reporting
our experience has been undesired. There was a lack of service to support the development 1hour per month and we still had to pay for a produce that we could not use
- good tool to use for reporting hazarda and incidents and to create actions
- training on how to use the software has been less than desirable
- The cost for support is overwhelming

Donesafe helps us to centralize the management of our in company compliance softwares in one place and avoid the repetition of the previous compliance issues we have experienced before.
- Best contribution of Donesafe is to enable consolidation of our entire compliance infrastructure in one single platform by creating our organization specific apps
- Additionally provides us opportunity to be pro-active about not repeating the compliance issues thanks to Donesafe's strong analyzing tools
There should be more advance reports in management panel and although Donesafe's support team's response time to tickets is very fast I can not say that they have a great expertise on the features, functions and especially on the custom implementations of the platform

Never going back
I previously worked using spread sheets and saving documents on a secure drive. Moving to Solv has made it a lot easier to keep track of everything I need to in one place. A lot of the work is done for you automatically (such as counting lost days or restricted days for an injury). It is also great that it logs everything, such as when you sent a return to work program to an injured employee when they claim you didnt.
- It has made my work day more efficient
- I get notified of tasks i need to complete ensuring I dont miss something important
- I can do it all from the easy to use interface
Occasionally I forget to attach a medical certificate or return to work program when saving data - I wish it would prompt me with something like "did you want to attach a medical certificate" - especially if i click on add medical certificate

The system is ideal for our business, it is easy to access being web-based. The customer service is excellent, very quick to respond.
