Cority - best in class
Excellent. We have been on board for 5 years and have had very limited issues that we feel are not workable with the system or Cority team. No other system is as dynamic, and the customer experience is hard to match.
Help desk experience is best in class Configurability of the system Business rules capabilities API and other data flow capabilities Dashboard is dynamic and powerful The Cority team is always willing to look at an idea, complaint or issue and provide a workaround or potential future solution
The my metrics module is clunky The safety f&a module layouts do not stick to the original layout chosen The Cority client rep should focus some time to get to know our basic system set up and suggest ways to improve based on key focus areas or pain points

Best QA Software Available
After 13 years with IQS my company switched over to SAP and the complexity of SAP makes me wish we were back on IQS. SAP offers no easy way to do searches and what is one or two steps in IQS is as many as 20 steps in SAP. If you have IQS stick with it
- It is easy to set up products and devices and doing searches is very easy to do
- Be nice if exporting data could be done directly into Excel and was faster
no real complaints other than suggestions I made in previous reviews concerning inspection plan setup

Cority is quite impressive.
Positive experience on the whole. The knowledge level of support personnel as well as consultants ensures that almost always our issue gets resolved sooner.
Cority's out of the box features and capabilities means effort in implementing solution is on the lower side, and at the same time high configurability of the product makes it easy to realize custom business requirements
Sometimes one may need to juggle between helpdesk and consultants to get a matter addressed

I have been using Cority since 2000. Help desk is great and the consultants are well verse din HSE and the system.
Capabilities and HSE Suites all in one software system, allowing for quick communications and reporting
If I had to pinpoint something, it is overwhelming to a new user because of all of the capabilities

Vast difference as old system was basically a repository only system, lacked reporting capabilities, communications, etc.

Lots of Customizability
Overall positive with some minor hiccups in set-up.
- Cority has a lot of customizability which is very helpful for various reporting and data analytics
- System is generally easy to use if everything is set up properly
- The import utility feature is very helpful for mass data imports
- Support is very responsive and helpful
- Cority is quite expensive yearly and has some background items that can cause the entire system to malfunction if they are not set up right

Need more training
Overall experience is good, just wish I could answer the problems instead of having to report to Cority Community every time we have an issue.

- Cority support has been very helpful since we went live in our production site
- I am sure I will need to reach out to them again, soon
I was not involved with the core team in building the companies platform within Cority, so I feel like I missed out on a lot, which probably could have been beneficial to me as an administrator

Cority Review
Cority is the best solution for industrial hygiene data management. Covers creating surveys, sampling schedules for air comtaminants, chemicals and noise, equipment management, respiratory protection and fit testing, saves to time and very efficient way of data management for IH.

It has been good overall. We have customized some modules to fit our business.
- The ticket system
- It is a good way to track status
- some functionality in Trubox is not adequate for our business
- Such as entering training into the Training module

staff are lovely and helpful and will try and create a work around if cannot be changed on the system Community team are very responsive and this has been really positive experience since moved onto community
Query builder / dashboards, able to have a lot more control on reporting Community is extremely helpful More online functionality Control over fields and layouts to record the data we want to capture SEGs System is essential a blank canvas we can adapt for our needs
- not specifically designed for OH yet, awaiting for enhancements that benefit OH services When migrated, was not warned on what would be different and what it would impact (such as org tree - NHS clients more than likely always need multi level tree) The diary - cannot see different diary vertical side by side
- Cannot group resources Diary is good or searching for appts that are scheduled, but difficult to use for scheduling without using the availability finder, which is not working Employee registrations linked with MyCority account, meaning email field should always be work email for managers
- Would be good to have functional secondary/personal email to reduce admin task of adding a contact, and eliminate the risk of accidently changing the email field to personal email and then a manager receiving notifications to their personal email address
