Aries Contracting experience w Corfix
This has been a fantastic transition from Procore as the software was developed by field men FOR field men. The system is simple and clear to use. This has enabled us to provide the correct information to the men on a project by project basis by simply providing the job # for each project.Customer service from the Corfix team has been amazing as well.Kudos to [sensitive content hidden]!
- Project creation, site address, site contact information and Notes
- Punch in and out feature for field crews
- Project specific ease of tracking hours used
- Would love to see a scheduling app integrated into the software
- Would make providing our crews with directions ahead of time incredibly easy

Fantastic for solving many construction health and safety needs
So far, our experience has been great. Using their product helped us immensely with becoming COR certified, and I foresee the whole COR audit experience being painless and smooth for future audits. The customer service is also exceptional. Whenever we have encountered an issue, which has been rare, the team is able to solve our problem extremely fast. In addition to this, whenever we need help in creating a new form, the team is able to do so very fast, or they are able to meet ASAP to help us create said form. Any questions we have had, there is always a solution presented that meets our needs.
- Corfix really helps us address paperwork problems we have faced in the past
- The forms are extremely easy to use, and from an administrative perspective, it has helped us keep on top of forms that need to be submitted on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
- We also really love the certifications feature
- This was a huge pain point before, trying to manually keep track of employees certifications before they expire
- Now, this process is so smooth, we find we don't have to chase employees anymore
- This software has also streamlined a lot of efficiency in getting documents to employees in a timely manner
- Because of the nature of our work, it is hard to get paper work to employees on-time, because they are not in the office often
- This can be things like project drawings, SDS, shop drawings, etc
- Now, we can upload all these documents to the app, and our employees have them in the field whenever they need them, which is often
- There was some miscommunication at the beginning of the working relationship between our company and the sales call
- This was largely on us for not clarifying certain items, and doing our due diligence at the beginning to research the features and see what was included as part of the onboarding and initial use of the product
- However once that was all sorted, we have not had any negative experiences whatsoever
Why they chose it
"Corfix seemed more user friendly, and had more of the features we were looking for, especially when it comes to scaling in the future with things like timekeeping."

Health & Safety Supervisor
Overall, my experience with Corfix has been very positive. The system is intuitive, efficient, and has streamlined many of our safety and operational processes. The support team, especially [sensitive content hidden] , has been incredibly responsive and knowledgeable, which makes adoption easier. We are still in the early stages of implementation, so adoption across all sites is ongoing and may vary depending on site culture and familiarity with digital tools. We’re looking forward to seeing how things develop over the next six months.
- What I liked most about Corfix is how it streamlines documentation and communication
- The ability to complete safety forms, inspections, and reports digitally, and have them instantly accessible, saves a lot of administrative time and reduces errors
- Their support team is extremely responsive and proactive
- [sensitive content hidden] have been terrific in getting in touch, helping with form creation, and sharing their knowledge about the system and how to use it
- Adoption across different sites can be uneven due to varying familiarity with digital tools and site culture
- More targeted support during implementation could help drive consistent usage

A lot of Potential
I think Corfix is a great Canadian based software that offers a unique feature such as COR audits, but I don't feel sold that its capabilities are to a level where it allows us to get rid of other safety software such as the Procore safety Module. I think there is a lot of potential but I fear the focus on safety functions might be sidelined and project management may be the primary focus.
- I like the overall design of the platform, it is very user friendly and easy to navigate
- One feature that is very useful is being able to create a template and then see the mobile view with the click of a button and without having to leave the window
- Some features are missing that limit the practicality of fully implementing Corfix or using these tools
- To be specific: 1
- The binders are not user friendly, you cannot drag and drop files in and out of the folders
- If this was set up with the same flexibility as the file explorer on your desktop we would use this to store all our safety documents
- 2
- Scheduled forms should be mapped to recognize a worker completed the template they are scheduled for without needing to go through the notification
- This was a major selling point that you can do this but give inaccurate reporting as it will show a worker has an outstanding form when they may have created it before the notification was received
- Another limitation is you should also be able to assign scheduled forms using the select all function instead individually 3
- The forms page should be customizable to pick what data you'd like to see at a glance, Sent by company, name of person who sent form and date AND time form was sent
- 4
- When filtering information having the filter lock until you clear it would be super beneficial as if you click the wrong form you need to filter all over again, a quick view function could help this
- 5
- Having a page dedicated to incidents and their investigations to see and filter without all the other forms would be ideal and most safety platforms offer this, also having reporting capabilities for LTIs, TRIF, SIFR built into this module would make this software more competitive from a safety standpoint

we have set up corfix as our main software for safety to test and continue building to fit our needs. we havent completely gotten rid of Procore and still have all the tools.

Streamlined Operations and Compliance with Corfix
We’ve been using Corfix for our time tracking and workflow management, and the experience has been excellent. The platform is intuitive, reliable, and makes it much easier to stay on top of hours worked, tasks completed, and overall team performance. We also use Corfix to manage our Health & Safety forms and reports, which has been especially valuable as a COR-certified organization. Having everything centralized in one system ensures our documentation is complete, accessible, and always audit-ready. What really stands out is the customer support—responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. Anytime we’ve had a question or needed assistance, the Corfix team has been quick to respond and focused on finding a solution. It’s clear they care about the user experience and take feedback seriously. Corfix has definitely added value to our day-to-day operations, and we’d gladly recommend it to any organization looking to streamline time tracking, compliance, and team management—with solid support behind the scenes.
- Time tracking, workflow management, and our Health & Safety forms and reports are all in one place-user friendly, reliable and customizable
- Easy integration with QBD
- And, of course, their Customer Support
- We have not started using some features, and it is on us, not on Corfix
- We also have many conditions for payroll hours and still have to adjust the data manually before uploading it to QBD
- But again, this is our specific to our company

It was missing some features that were critical for us.

Brand new to the Corfix platform!
So far, so good. A really great support team ready to answer the "dumb" questions with the truth that no question is dumb and the promise that it gets easier as you work in the system. From the Sales person (Kerri), to the designated team lead (Mike), and support staff (Dylan), everyone is very helpful and patient.
- In comparison to our previous software system, the beauty of the printed form that you get from Corfix is wonderful
- I am excited to dig into the other offerings when it comes to audit time, and tracking the tasking for accountability
- The benefit of a little red number in the middle of the Corfix App logo to tell you how many outstanding things are sitting waiting for you is a perfect little reminder to those who procrastinate in their duties to the H&S program
- The emails of information are pretty great too
- And, we've only just started this relationship
- It's work to set up a new system and when you don't want the out of the box experience, you must expect to work for your end result
- That's not a con, but it's something everyone needs to know - it takes work on both the support team from Corfix and yourself

Sunsetting of the product - we had no choice but to go and look for something to replace the system and Corfix showed up as one of the top choices in Canada.

Reliable & User-Friendly Safety Management Solution
Corfix has been a game-changer for our safety management process. It has streamlined our workflows, improved communication and helped us stay compliant with ease. The ongoing support from their team has been a huge bonus and I feel confident recommending Corfix to anyone looking for a reliable and user-friendly safety management solution.
- What I like most about Corfix is how incredibly user-friendly the system is
- Both the online platform and mobile app are intuitive, making it easy for our team to adopt and use
- Another standout is the exceptional support team—right from the beginning of our launch, they’ve been hands-on, responsive and truly invested in ensuring a smooth implementation for our company
- Mike and Dylan are amazing
- There are a few minor bugs during our soft launch, but the team is actively working to resolve them
- None of these issues have affected the functionality or usability of the platform, so it hasn’t impacted my overall experience or rating

Was with Matheson Constructors Limited who used BIS and Salus prior to me joining. Never liked Salus so we swapped to BIS, but was too complex for external/trade contractor management.
Why they chose it
"Overall experience; even met their CEO for a hands-on demonstration. Also "Safety Loop" was not an available alternative product to select but they were also a runner up/contender."

Corfix has excellent customer support
User friendly application with great customer support when required. Easy to learn the application. They have a multitude of templates to choose from.
- Their customer support is excellent
- Any time I have had issues, they are attentive, and quick to respond
- I can use the Chat Bot function, call, or email
- I always get a response promptly, no matter the method
- If I need more extensive training, I also can book time with [sensitive content hidden], who will hop on a zoom call to dive in depth into a subject
- I'm not a huge fan of the Chat Bot (I don't like Chat Bots in general), but I understand why it is needed
- A human is always quick to jump on to assist when requested

Excellent for Health and Safety Form Submission Compliance
I appreciate the time and effort the corfix team puts to resolving issues as they arise. They are quick to resolve technical application inquiries, and have put in good effort to keep us updated on bigger bug and feature updates that we ask for. From a health and safety form submission standpoint, Corfix is excellent, there is great customization options to form building, as well as pre-existing templates to work from. Furthermore, field teams can add employees as signatories to forms from anywhere, so supervisors that move around to multiple sites can still review and sign paperwork they were not present for. Offline modes and being able to save forms and come back to them later is also a huge step up from the web-based software we were using before. From a document/project management stand-point, I think Corfix is moving in the correct direction, but it is still much easier to use a regular computer server to access and store documents. However, the accessibility of documents is greatly improved by having them on Corfix, as opposed to a computer-based server, as Corfix is cloud-based. However, the additional workload added to create multiple folders and manipulate files within these folders is much more complex and time-consuming than on the standard file explorer on windows. That being said, I think the advantages corfix gives in these 2 aspects does outweigh the disadvantages, as long as you have the time to invest in the added work required.
- The versatility of Corfix is its biggest asset
- It has a range to its capabilities that allows you to customize your usage and your overall experience
- We use Corfix for most of our health and safety forms that our field teams sign on daily, weekly, and monthly bases, and as a document database for health and safety documents such as policies, procedures, safety plans, locates, inspections, etc
- The ability to customize what information can be shared and accessed by certain people, as well as the ability to customize forms to suit your needs gives us a feeling control over our own functions
- Currently, the document management system doesn't quite match the seamless user friendly nature of a windows file explorer interface
- There is considerably more work needed to make binders on corfix, especially when you are making job specific binders that have similar titled folders but different documents, due to the job-specific nature of these binders
- However, since there is not an ability to copy file structures, I have to remake the same several files over and over again for each project before I can fill these with their respective resources
- They also don't have yet an easy way to drag and drop an already uploaded resource into a different folder than the one it was already uploaded to
- You would have to delete the file, go into the new destination and re-upload
- If you are someone with high attention to detail and considerable time on your hands, this process, while meticulous and a bit tedious does have benefits in the long run, as this data is now available on corfix for your teams, it is just a not-so-quick process to get there
