A reasonably good, inexpensive option for online ordering
I feel like it is a "you get what you pay for" situation. Overall it's not bad. With a little patience it is definitely an option.
- I used Menufy by HungerRush
- Menufy did not have a monthly charge - only a service fee per transaction that they charged the customer
- The online ordering platform looked nice and payment was usually prompt
- Customer Service via email was inconsistent
- Sometimes I got an immediate response with concerns addressed quickly
- Other times it took days or even weeks to get a response
- Online menus and menu times were often incorrect

Great POS for any restaurant
We have used them for almost 10 years and in that time they have been consistent and always willing to help us out with any issues we have. They also follow through any tech issues until a resolution is found.
I like that is is all inclusive and is not like other POS companies that require you to piece it together one service at a time
It's really hard to get ahold of the accounting department if you have any accounting issues

Great tech support, easy to program and use. HORRIBLE FINANCE DEPARTMENT!
System is usually up and running no issues, online order system is user friendly and easily ties to the in house POS system. But the billing department is the worst. Tried to work with [sensitive content hidden] in their finance and got no where but circles with him. Had 60 day terms, then over night had 30 day terms, and turned off auto billing and then they turn it back on. And debit your account for invoices that are still within your billing cycle. Be cautious! Talk about being able to integrate door dash, but after updating, still not integrated. Your representative with the company also changes quite often, so be ready for that also.
- System is easy to use, support staff is awesome
- Calls are answered and they quickly fix any issues
- However billing department is the worst, change your payment terms, automatically debit your account when not authorized
- Almost enough for me to say avoid, after using it for 7 years

HungerRush Reveiw
The system is very good for overage operations. Communication regarding updates needs improvement also wait times for feature requests can be frustrating.
- The system is easy to use and perfect for a pizza restaurant
- Long wait times for improved/ updated product requests

Firefly was not PCI compliant at the time. We have been with HR for many many years.

Hunger Rush satisfies our technology needs
We have a great relationship with them and look forward to the future. We changed from our previous POS company mostly dues to online ordering issues. Now our customers love their ordering experience both on our mobile app and regular browser ordering.
- They have the technology in place to keep up with the fast changing digital world
- They are organized in implementing new locations and updates
There seems to be confusion when it comes to billing for different services especially with the new High Radius billing implementation

A POS that does not live up to the acronym for once!
I have found Hungerrush to be extremely user friendly and responsive whenever we rarely run into issues. I feel like Hungerrush allows us to focus on what we need to so that we can best be successful in our every day mission of wow'ing our guests.
- Hungerrush makes my team's job easier which means happier team, happier guests
- Customer service is top notch and they are truly invested in being great partners
- My only issue with Hungerrush was lack of kiosks
- However, in true Hungerrush fashion, we are currently in a series of calls to discuss how that can be rectified quickly but correctly
- Love being with a solution minded partner

Absolutely WORST point of sale since 1990. Products that are not well thought out, roll out was awful and cumbersome, customer service was non existent and there was always an annual required upsell with products less than 5 or 6 years old sunsetting.

Well I'm not very good with these survey things so once again I would say tech support and [sensitive content hidden]

- They're always there when we have problems and I never have to wait too long
- And the other thing would be our sales associate [sensitive content hidden]
- She has been very helpful in resolving issues and leading our company in the right direction
- Well I'm just somebody that will always complain about cost

Solid, Robust system... customer support finally getting better!
I have been a customer for 4 years now, Hungerrush started out for us a bit disorganized, and the trend has pretty much stayed like this until recently. It has been difficult to make changes, to keep up with current trends and manage current hardware and services. I even traveled to an expo to pick another POS system last year as our contract is coming up and at the expo, I met with Hungerrush and the management team there. At the time I was assured if a better experience and more help, and soon after was given a new customer support team lead. However, this proved ineffective, and we still had issues unresolve. In the last few months, a new customer support person (Lisa) was given to us, and I really can't believe the difference. Frustrations I have had for years and finally being delt with! Very effective! In fact, as our contract is coming up for renew, I believe we may resign with hungerrush, the system really is amazing and can do what we would like, it shows me how important good personnel is to a business!

- I love the online capabilities and the options

Technical support sometimes can be lack luster - while I understand that sometimes issues can be user generated, they shouldn't go into a call thinking this is the case
