Amazing service

Amazing i wouldnt use any other company now. The systems are quick and dont ever have any issues at all

What they liked
  • Amazing service and tracking across stock
  • Fast payouts and never any issue recieving the money the next day
  • Would reccomend to anyone in the industry

  • Nothing
  • The service is top quality
  • A little more on site training could be provided but the system is easy to work out

EPOS #1 fangirl

My overall experience has been a 10 out of 10 and I will never seek another option for this processing as long as EPOS's customer service and product remain as high quality as they are now. I get many solicitations to check out other products but I inform those companies that they are wasting their time.

What they liked
  • The customer services is top notch including regular contact with my account rep [sensitive content hidden] who is very personable and responsive whenever I have questions or concerns
  • The programs are very user friendly and my new staff can easily be trained to use them
  • The quality of the equipment is great and they stand up to the wear and tear of daily use
  • This is a great company and product
Room for improvement

Sometimes the time difference between my location and the location of the home office has been difficult, but this is the only problem I have encountered in 5 years of use

Switched From

We only utilized a conventional register and had to take care of our own reporting and data security and it was a nightmare.

Overall a simple system to use

  • Pretty simple to manage basic point of sale and stock
  • Customer service is always above and beyond my expectations
Room for improvement
  • I would have preferred that it came with a manual so I could read it home how to use all the different functions rather than on line
  • I would rather have simply bought it outright then have it constantly be updated, changed and pay monthly for it

great system

been with EPOSnow in one form or another since they started. from the original system to now is amazing - it's really intuitive. any queries are resolved so easily and the staff are really professional but still friendly. as with all systems like this there are little bits that we needed help with and this was sorted quickly and easily

  • the support is amazing
  • really easy to get through to and answers so quickly
  • payments are in our account the next day
  • the monthly subscription is much cheaper than other systems we use

the till is tall and our smaller member of staff has to reach up (as cons go this is not really one)

Review of Epos now

Brilliant very supportive, I've called several time and the service has always been exceptional and constant

What they liked

Easy to set up great support, always someone available at the end of a phone to support, and a quick response which is rare

Room for improvement

Card machine when you take a payment it does not make any noise, you can only use one card machine to take transactions from the pos system

Very happy customer

I am very happy overall, the support team has been very helpful and they are always available when I need them

What they liked

I can have all my business products in the app and easy to manage inventory also it is easy to use just scan the barcode and I have all my products and sales data at hand

Room for improvement

I have two shops and I had to have 2 separate accounts to manage the 2 shops, if I could have the two shops together and flick between shops would be more easy for reporting

Reliable - never lose a sale

Epos Now is a great company to deal with. Good phone support and lots of online tutorials. Simple easy to use back office and lots of flexiblity in POS layout

What they liked

  • We tried 3 other POS systems before changing to Epos Now
  • This is the best
  • We do lots of markets and festival
  • Other stall holders often lose internet reception
  • We never lose internet
  • As the system is not connected to our phones we do not have to leave our phones in the stall
Room for improvement
  • On the sales screen the button to finish a sale is located next to the button to review other sales such as completed, held etc
  • I often hit the wrong button then it takes a bit longer to get back to the current sale
  • The button for reprinting receipt is the only button accessed by this tab that we actually use regurally

Internet connection was reliant on my mobile phone. We do lots of markets and festivals. Having reliable connect is essential to my business. With Epos now I don't lose sales

Reliable system

Have been using the system for 3 years and it is a reliable service, easy to train new staff in the daily operation.

What they liked
  • Very quick payments and relatively easy system set up
  • The entire system was delivered for a one off cost and is customisable for the different types of sales we do - both retail and hospitality
Room for improvement

some reports are trickier to access than expected and amount of time learning the system is more than expected but online tutorials are available

Perfect set up with great support team

I love it for ease of use, personalisation and great customer support team. I would 100% recommend to others.

  • It’s easy to use, customer support are always friendly, professional and very knowledgeable
  • No question is ever too much trouble
  • Being able to colour code categories etc is good for the eyes
Room for improvement
  • Connectivity to card machine dips in an out sometimes doesn’t connect to the till
  • This could be an internet issue as it flashes on the screen ‘internet connection lost’ momentarily before being ok
