A Reliable Tool for EVV
Overall, InMyTeam has been a reliable solution for managing payroll and scheduling. It saves me a lot of time compared to manual methods, and it helps keep everything organized for compliance and payroll accuracy. It’s a good value for the money considering the features included, and once you get past the small learning curve, it works very smoothly. I would recommend it to other small to mid-sized businesses looking for an all-in-one workforce management system.
- The platform is very user-friendly and makes it simple to manage payroll, scheduling, and employee information all in one place
- I especially liked the clean layout and how easy it is to track hours and generate reports
- Their customer support team is also responsive and helpful whenever I had a question
- Some of the advanced features (like custom reporting and integrations) could be a little more flexible, and it took a bit of time to understand all the billing options
- Also, the mobile app could use a few improvements for smoother navigation, more denial codes

I switched from HHAeXchange because InMyTeam is more user-friendly and offers better scheduling and payroll management in one place. It has a cleaner interface, makes it easier to manage staff information, and overall saves me time compared to the previous system.

IN MY TEAM REVIEW
not good. Company not set up to do private care. Having to rebuild system to meet our needs. System freezing and doesn't work all the time.
Care coordinator feature to be able to see location of where staff lives and able to see who lives closest to patient
overnight schedules overlapping on schedule Horrible customer service no return calls took 3 days to call back

Great Company
Great staff who are attentive and helpful. It has helped us stay ready for anytime state could walk in with all our documentation. We had State come in and stated they would be here 3 days. But because everything was so easy for them to look at everything they were here for 1.5 days and were done.
- In My Team app is very user friendly with great customer service support and is very affordable
- It is also great for keeping your compliance up to date
- I don't think there is anything I would change
- They are always quick to respond to any issues I have

Efficient and Reliable Team Management Tool
Overall, my experience with InMyTeam has been very positive. It has streamlined our operations, reduced errors in scheduling and billing, and made team communication much smoother. Even with minor limitations, the benefits far outweigh them. It’s a solid platform that truly supports day-to-day management.
- What I liked most about InMyTeam is how easy it is to manage scheduling, payroll, and billing in one place

- Customer support is also responsive and helpful whenever I have questions
- Sometimes the system can feel a little slow when loading large amounts of data, and there is a bit of a learning curve at the beginning
- It would also be nice to have more customization options for reports

I think overall we would love to grow with InMyTeam. It has helped management organize the growing employees also to provide trackable care for the patients.
- The abilities it provides for the company to manage, easier and the clear documents and data collection
- the constant support and training to make sure you and your team know how to utilize the product at its best
- Some security features, which are still good, but caused some issues in the beginning especially the QR code to clock inbeing out of range
- We can schedule and double check on our employees and manage payroll better
- With the easy reports we can get on top of things faster and effectively

Reliable and easy
It’s nice and refreshing to have an app reliable and new user friendly, especially with older users it’s easy.
It’s reliable and easy to use, it holds information well and very organized without being too complex
It’s hard to get access to codes and authentication messages but with a few tweaks it’s helpful for everyday use

214 Form day to day use
Not phone friendly for the day in and day out 214 form completion and submission. The screen cant capture the form in its entirety
It shows the breakdown of shifts, though dies not update new entries of new shifts assigned in short notice
The 214 form is very extensive for tge concise information it gathers Not been able to connect to clock in an out from the site
