About IntakeQ

IntakeQ is an online forms intake platform designed to help healthcare professionals convert existing forms, manage client notes, send custom reminder messages and accept credit card payments. Key features include appointment scheduling, initial assessments, multi-provider practice, treatment plans, claims management and compliance tracking. Providers using IntakeQ can create progress notes templates, which can be personalized and shared with coworkers and clients. With questionnaire analytics, users can gain insights into their clients and practice by aggregating data from feedback forms, surveys and polls. The messaging portal enables providers to exchange documents, files, intake forms and treatment notes with clients whilst maintaining compliance with HIPAA guidelines. Additionally, the mobile-friendly solution lets practitioners add reminder opt-in to forms and send automated emails, SMSs and voice messages to reduce no-shows and cancellations. Intake Q made our paperwork way more seemless

It is truly the BEST practice management software and EHR that I have yet to find all in one!

After set up, it really is close to perfect. The customer care is excellent and they get back to me within 30min-2hrs max. I rarely have had to wait more than 12-14hrs for a reply. They even will jump on a tech support call if you need help, but the Help Resource section is very well done!

Easy, intuitive, and functional

I have been satisfied with its functionality. The platform does what it intends to well. It would do well to add a couple of extra features and reduce the price.

USER FRIENDLY

So user friendly and I love the website design.

What they liked
  • It's amazingly user friendly and customer service is always super prompt and helpful with their responses
  • Patients also seem to enjoy it and it interfaces really well with our EHR
  • Oh and the QR codes are GREAT
  • My office has genuinely enjoyed this program a ton
Room for improvement
  • I wish the intake form header was easier to customize
  • I had someone at IntakeQ create a header for me and didn't LOVE it (although the designer was super fast to create it, so that was nice)
  • I also wish I had more freedom with my filters to look up patients
  • ALSO, I find we have to send multiple forms to patients sometimes and that can affect our reports and skew our stats
  • I wish there was a way to delete duplicate forms without going into each patient chart and deleting the duplicate forms so our reports were more accurate

Easy and Simple

I've been using IntakeQ for several months now and I enjoy it more than most other document signing programs. We've decided to leave our last document program to use this full-time. This is by far the easiest I've used.

What they liked
  • I love the customizability
  • I'm able to easily and quickly write up documents for my clients
  • It does not take much time to learn how everything works and to quickly make complicated documents which you can also turn into PDFs for clients to do by hand
Room for improvement
  • There is no automatic translation button
  • Each document I need translated into Spanish has to be hand translated
  • There is also not an option to upload documents that have been filled out by hand

Limited customizability, no way to check progress of documents, no notification when documents are finalized.

Good, I like the customization feature. I think a video or invitation to show already supported clients what can be done additionally with the service provider would be helpful
