JotForm Makes Collecting Data Simple & Easy
My overall experience using Jotform has been positive, helpful, and beneficial to our data collection, planning, and creating lists within our business and with organizing our audience's information.
- It's super easy to collect a lot of data in one place
- It allows my audience and potential customers to share their information in an easy to use format
Once submitted, hard to go back and edit, so the user experience could be improved on a bit, but definitely not a dealbreaker

- I volunteer at a non-profit and needed a way to collect information for a special event coming up
- We're expecting 200 people, so I wanted a reliable option that was easy to add to our Canva website
- I love how easy it was to set up, especially the customisation options to also look the part
- I also love their free option
- I didn't realise that testing the link on Canva is using up the 'Form View" usage until after I read in the Usage tab of my account
- It will limit me from checking on it as much

Extremely User Friendly and Ideal Form Builder Tool.
Overall Jotform offer an easiest way to build a form and also has highly customizable features. Ability to create and publish forms from any device is a huge plus.
- One of the most standout features of Jotform is it's drag and drop tool which makes it easy to create and customize forms without any coding knowledge

Sometimes the upload in Jotform does not translate well into new from ,needs one to do some creative work to readjust titles or sections that didn't copy smoothly to it

- Barely encountered any bugs and issues
- Worth the upgrade if you're using it as often as we are
Branding's just a bit old school with the colors and fonts of actual app but it's not limiting tho if in terms of you own forms

Couldn't ask to take photos directly, only uploads. Data preview is much nicer in jotform, I always have option to integrate to google anyways

Awesome online event and other communications program!
Great support in providing for events, and communication is robust, with seamless integration for all types of clients.
* Modification is instant * Ease of use & format events * Editing and insertion of images * Robust storaging
- Payment options could be more user-friendly
- It would also be great to have additional templates tailored to different age groups, such as children, youth, young adults, adults, and the elderly

Simple tool that provides more value than cost.
I use it for various projects. Mostly, with internal team. After team fill out the form, all the answers are collect in one place similar to google sheet. It is a stepping up from using google. The setup is easy and it is affordable.

- Not much really
- Perhaps too mang marketing emails once you signed up but you can always update your preferences

My Personal Experience with Jotform
My overall experience with Jotform was positive. The platform is extremely user-friendly, and the drag-and-drop builder made it easy to create professional forms quickly. I appreciated the wide range of templates and integrations, which helped streamline data collection and automate workflows. However, some of the more advanced settings can feel overwhelming at first, and the limitations on the lower-tier plans can be restrictive if you’re working on larger projects. Despite these minor drawbacks, Jotform is a powerful and reliable tool for building and managing forms.

While powerful, Jotform can feel cluttered at times—there are a lot of menus and settings, which can be confusing for new users

Amazing Tool that everyone should use
I love how many features actually come in handy and how they continue to expand with features without increasing the price. Customer support is fantastic. I also enjoyed their trainings/webinars.
- I love all the features Jotform offers, from easy to customize questionnaires to AI Agents
- Everything is drag and drop and I have all the data collected in one place
- I love that many basic features are offered for free
Some of the usage limits are too low and the paid versions are too expensive, I wish they had an option that is more moderate in pricing, or the option to only pay for certain add ons

Works well, but the higher tiers are overpriced.
Using Jotform has overall been a positive experience, but not something that I would continue to use at the higher tier pricing ranges.
- The value of the bottom tier is great
- This is easy to use customizing your forms
- Has nearly all options that you can thing of and collects data and transfers it to you sufficiently
Once you go above the bottom tier in pricing, it just seems to get a little out of hand for what it is offering vs what other similar programs offer
