My Time With Jasper
Jasper worked well in the writing generation, but the image creator was disappointing.
- Jasper was easy to use and did offer creativity in its suggestions
- The image creator was disappointing to me personally
- While it offered suggested enhancement to the prompts I entered to create images, I never received satisfactory images

At the time, Jasper's pricing was lower than Chat, however, I have since switched back to Chat and work between Chat and Claude.

Not worth it
Unfortunately, I found the Jasper AI starting plan to be underwhelming. The features offered didn't provide any significant advantage over free alternatives like GPT or Gemini. I struggled to consistently generate product descriptions following a simple formula. Additionally, being charged for an entire year upfront without being given the option to choose my billing preferences is a major drawback. The company's refusal to offer a refund has resulted in a significant financial loss.

Terrible business practice and customer service
Poor. I did not like the product or their business practices are terrible. They are just trying to take advantage of folks.
- Not a lot
- I seemed easy to use and tried to seed it with a voice, but it never really seemed to work
- I didnt like the product as the content quality was not what i was looking for
- They would not refund the product license
- Apparently there sign up screen show the monthly charge for a "annual" contact and when you think you are signing up for a month it hits you up for a year
- And then they only give you 7 days for a refund, like who is going to notice it on their statement in 7 days

Great Product - Just wish it was less expensive
Overall had very good experience with Jasper but it just became too expensive for me to carry all of the time.

With Jasper, there’s no more first drafts
I really enjoyed using it and it has helped cut down on outline and drafting time, especially when working with external writers.
- Excellent for first drafts and outline of content
- Can easily be trained on brand voice and can parse documents
- It can take some getting used to the UI and it’s not as intuitive as it could be
