Jobber has been a lifesaver.
"A-" would be my grade of the product and support. Continued improvements are fantastic and the recent roll out of additional customer profiles per client is massively helpful.
Jobber gives me a massive amount of time back by generating invoices from the jobs my technicians are doing
- Time tracking is faulty and does not add time together properly
- It often gives around 90min extra time per week to my team
- Which if not caught, would average between four or five thousand dollars a year
- As such I have had to quit using it and go back to the Workforce app

Efficient, Professional, and Easy to Use – Jobber Delivers
My overall experience with Jobber has been very positive. It’s a powerful tool that has brought structure and efficiency to my HVAC/R Filtration business. From scheduling and dispatching to invoicing and client communication, everything is streamlined in one easy-to-use platform. It saves me time, helps me stay organized, and presents my business professionally. While I would like more control over deleting unused entries like spam calls or dead leads, Jobber has still been a valuable asset in helping me grow and manage my operations more effectively.
- What I liked most about Jobber is how seamlessly it keeps my entire business organized
- From scheduling jobs to sending professional estimates and invoices, everything is streamlined in one place
- The user-friendly interface makes it easy to stay on top of tasks, and the automation features save me hours every week
- It’s been a game-changer for managing customers and running my HVAC/R Filtration services efficiently
- What I liked least about Jobber is the lack of control over deleting certain entries like customer requests, accounts, or phone conversations that don’t turn into actual jobs
- Sometimes I get spam calls or dead-end leads that go nowhere, and I’d prefer to be able to completely remove them from the system to keep my records clean and organized
- It would be helpful if Jobber allowed full deletion of these unused or unnecessary entries rather than keeping them stored indefinitely
Switched From
I made the switch to Jobber after using Workiz and Curious Things AI because I needed a more streamlined, all-in-one solution that could better support the day-to-day operations of my HVAC/R Filtration business. While Workiz offered some solid dispatching tools and Curious Things AI helped with call handling, neither platform fully met my needs when it came to job scheduling, client management, and professional quoting and invoicing — all in one place. Jobber offered the organization, automation, and user-friendly experience I was looking for. The mobile app makes fieldwork simple, and having everything—from estimates to payments—integrated into a single system has saved me time and frustration. It’s helped me present a more professional image to clients while giving me better control over my workflow. While no software is perfect, Jobber has been a significant upgrade and a smarter fit for the long-term growth of my business.
Why they chose it
"I chose Jobber over alternatives like Service Titan and House Call Pro because it offered the right balance of features, simplicity, and affordability for my HVAC/R Filtration business. While Service Titan is powerful, it felt overwhelming and overly complex for my specific needs—especially as a growing business that values efficiency without the steep learning curve or high cost. House Call Pro lacked some of the customization and automation I was looking for. Jobber stood out with its clean, intuitive interface and all-in-one functionality. It gave me everything I needed—professional quoting, scheduling, invoicing, customer management, and mobile accessibility—without the unnecessary bulk or excessive price tag. It was clearly designed with small to mid-sized service businesses in mind, and it’s helped me operate more professionally, stay organized, and grow confidently."

Best field management software
overall experience with jobber has been great since 2015. I’m used to the set up and don’t have any plans in trying anything else as this one works perfectly fine for all of our needs.

- The platform is really good and friendly stuff on hand to help the new AI bot works very well as well
- Nothing really it works really well for everything I need

Improve user experience and online booking
Overall decent, but I wish it had more customization, was cheaper and that your top tear customers from the early days were grandfathered into more options without making sacrifices if we shift plans. Honestly I have asked so many of your agents over the years to put in requests for features or fixing issues that I dont bother any more. Only major issue wixed was with zappier and syncing to quickbooks. I had issues where online booked appointments would not sync that days. I honestly would not mind a job to help with these things!
- We left housecall pro after seeing your map scheduling
- This was the reason I left housecall pro and moved to jobber
- Poor control over online booking, I always send a team of two
- I am not able to create a custom length of appointment based on multiple people
- I would also love to customize the quote based on varius options
- I am a house cleaning company and want to know have control over appointment length and pricing based on multiple options
- I also hate the issue where a appointment reminders have already been sent and the appointment gets rescheduled it wont send those reminders again
- Overly secure, I dont want to log into jobber every 24 hours
- Let me stay logged in
- I am often doing this on my personal computer and security is not an issues
- In addition to that the passwords are saved in my browser
- If I am going to be hacked, its on me
- Just let me stay logged in
- I have plenty of cons and have a list somewhere but sadly cant find it at the moment

Mainly Map view. I had some pushback and still have some pushback. But I wont use anything in the future that does not have a solid map view for scheduling.
Why they chose it
"Map view, scheduling, text reminders, billing and similarity to what we were using."

We hope jobber keeps listening to customers
Jobbers improved alot and their service and research has been good. They are so close to 5 stars for that reason.
- The interface is very friendly and easy to use most of the time
- Customers seem to like how easy it is on their end
- Customer support on jobber has been always easy to access and they do alot of surveys and updates, which has been a major reason why we stick with them
- We also like the online booking feature and it helps our estimator by making the route more efficient
- Rarely are bugs happening
- Cancelling and Rescheduling a job seems easy
- There are a few limitations as a large tree company, but it seems as tho jobber is always making improvements
- We don't like that we have to pay for more users than we already do
- it's just not worth it
- It's hard to access job forms for billing purposes
- Alot of clicking around
- The schedule is messy
- We wish we could put in the equipment, not just the people
- and that you could toggle it so that people cant be double booked
- I also wish i could more easily split up a quote into multiple jobs or a job into multiple invoices

Reliable, Easy to Use, and Core to Our Daily Operations
Our overall experience with Jobber has been very positive. It has become the operational core of Brilliant Brothers Services and has allowed us to manage a high volume of work without sacrificing organization or client communication. The platform is stable, easy for staff to learn, and reliable day to day. Scheduling, quoting, and invoicing all work exactly as expected, and the system has helped streamline our workflow as the company has grown. There are areas where deeper customization would be helpful, but none of them outweigh the consistency, ease of use, and overall reliability that Jobber provides.
- Jobber has become a central part of our daily operations
- Scheduling, quoting, invoicing and communication are all handled in one place, and the system is intuitive enough that new staff can learn it quickly
- The quoting and optional-line-item structure is excellent for upsells and flexible service packages
- Calendar visibility is strong, routing is straightforward, and the ability to adjust jobs, reschedule, and update clients in real time keeps the whole team aligned
- Customer support has consistently been responsive and helpful when needed
- No platform is perfect, and Jobber is no exception
- The biggest limitations for us are customization boundaries inside the quote templates and certain workflow areas that don’t go as deep as larger field-service CRMs
- For a high-volume exterior cleaning company, we would benefit from more robust production tracking tools and more flexible job type structures
- That said, none of these points stop us from using the system effectively
Why they chose it
"Cost was far less with many similar features, even if not as robust"

Invaluable
Love it, I absolutely could not do as much as I do without it. I would not have grown as quickly as I did or look as professional without jobber.
Schedule and payments, I am able to set up a job, typically from my phone because I’m always on the go, I can bill out immediately as we finish, my customers love that
Inability to use features without upgrading, I wish I could add more employees and messages customers as a standard package

Professional, Organized, and Worth It for Growing Trades Businesses
Overall, Jobber has been a game changer for my electrical business. It’s allowed me to present my services in a more professional way, stay organized, and save time managing client communication and payments. It’s a great tool for any service-based business looking to scale and provide a top-notch client experience.
- Jobber has helped me organize my business in a way that feels professional and efficient
- I love how clean the interface is, and how easy it is to send quotes, invoices, and client communications all from one place
- It makes me look polished and helps customers feel confident in my service
- The biggest challenge has been the pricing structure — some of the best features are locked behind higher tiers, which can feel steep for a small business still growing
- I’ve also run into a few quirks when customizing templates and would love more control over formatting for estimates and emails
Switched From
I made the switch from Markate to Jobber because I was ready for something that could grow with my business. Markate worked well when I was a one-man operation, but as things got busier, I needed a system that offered more automation, a cleaner client experience, and better organization across quotes, scheduling, and payments.
Why they chose it
"I personally just liked the look of the UI, and then the free trial is where I was won over!"
