Great Product, Great Service
My overall experience in 5+ years has been very positive. Any issues I've had have been well responded to and taken care of by the support team. My whole sales team likes the platform.
The platform is very user-friendly, simple and straightforward, and the support is the best I have ever seen for any software
- My primary con is that there is no functionality where tasks can be prioritized
- It is not uncommon for me to have 75+ tasks in a day, and I wish I could set up a low, mid, high priority, which would then be organized as such top to bottom on the daily task report

The name says it all!
We tried three other CRM's before finding LACRM including the big dog in the room SF. They all left us wanting more ease of use and looking for a program that wasn't so top heavy with unnecessary features and a bill for things we were never going to use; LACRM was the answer.
- This CRM is literally less annoying
- The process to upload our databases was easy to use and more importantly, easy to fix if I make a mistake
Honestly, it's very hard to criticize this product, I really don't have anything negative to say about it at all

SF was incredibly expensive, difficult to use, extremely top heavy with unnecessary features that we would never use, and worst of all there was virtually ZERO customer service and a complete lack of training; unless of course we wanted to pay exorbitant fees for out-of-country help from people that couldn't care less if we learned anything about the product.

Satisfied after all these years
Overall, I am still extremely satisfied. While I don't like paying for it, it is definitely not expensive. I mentioned before that I am not a technical guy. I am still NOT a technical guy. For a business person like me, LACRM gives me a robustness that I would have to study for on other CRM's. I guess you could say it is intuitive.
- I live off of my LACRM
- I still feel that the simplicity of use is the best asset by far
- I am still learning different aspects of the CRM
- As my list of contacts has become larger, I am finding that there are many ways to manipulate my list to give me deeper insights into my contacts
- I wish it was free

- There are other CRM's that give free accounts for 1 seat or 1 user
- If I didn't like it so much, I would have a hard time justifying paying for something I can get free elsewhere

Nice Starter CRM for Small Businesses
This was a great CRM to start with as a small business. As our business grew, we noticed there were more features and services we needed that LessAnnoyingCRM couldn't provide.
- Very simple system to learn and teach to sales reps
System was too simplistic, didn't provide robust categorization, reporting and overall organizing leads, contacts, deals, etc

Less Annoying CRM - Right name. Right price. Right Product.
Top notch from start to finish. Easy to get started. Easy to get support. Things work pretty much as expected and they're quick to respond with questions and suggestions if you reach out.
- Their customer support is top notch
- Their product is simple to use and understand
- It's a stripped down CRM, affordable and easy to get started with
- Nothing bad to say about this - it is missing a few features you might find in some of the more expensive CRM's, but that's mostly around automations and built in templates, etc
- If you just want to track your customers, understand where deals are at, and keep track of information - this is perfect

LACRM Review Innovative Broker Solutions
We wanted an easy system to track projects and clients. This fit us perfectly. The other systems we looked at offered so many options, but with those options came much more time/detail in set up. We got what we needed - easily!
- It's easy enough to use - but strong enough to provide us the information we need
- Everyone does use it, and that is what we wanted
- Not much really
- Learning curve was minimal - getting us to use it (always an issue for us) wasn't bad at all since it's so easy to use

I would highly recommend Less Annoying CRM if you're looking for a cost-effective CRM that doesn't bog you down with a lot of what you don't need.
- I like Less Annoying CRM because we're a small company that doesn't need many of the bells and whistles that more expensive CRMs come with, even with the most basic version
- It's well worth the cost and easy to use
The only con I have with LACRM is sometimes I need a more refined search that gives me fewer search results, but that isn't very difficult to navigate at all

LACRM is easy to use and very customizable. Customer support listens to your needs and works to hard to come up with a solution.

Honestly, I can't think of any cons because anytime I have a need, LACRM comes up quickly with a solution

Easy to use, no frustration!
I joined a company that was already using LACRM. I had no experience with the system but learned it quickly. The platform is easy to use and gives me the information I need without frustration. Their customer support responds quickly and resolves issues effectively.

- Just as they name says, it's much less annoying than other services
There's not much that I don't like - it doesn't have as many capabilities as some of the other larger programs, but for a smaller company it works great
