Best Email Management for Small Business
This has been a fantastic experience so far. I can't wait to see how working with MailerLite will help me grow my business and stay connected with new and potential clients. Well done.
- MailerLite is the easiest and most intuitive email marketing platform available
- Their design and functionality is so intuitive - they have everything I need and it just makes sense
- Additionally, it provides the best value of any of them out there - especially for a small business owner
- Their customer service is super responsive and *actually* helpful
- When something doesn't work, or there is a feature you are looking for, they address those issues
- They integrate with all my other platforms
- And now they have the capability to sell digital products
- I just can't say enough good things about them
- Sometimes new features are a little clunky while they get the bugs worked out

Kit recently raised their prices. The platform is not intuitive and feels clunky - I had to keep googling and watching how-to videos to figure out what to do. And the coaching platform I use doesn't connect natively to Kit. But it does connect to MailerLite!

Great marketing tool, but automation require some delay so it can run properly

- Easy to use, and customer support is also great, price-wise wise is the more cheaper compared to others in the market
- Overall great marketing tool
The automation, if let's say, wants to bypass a certain step because a condition is triggered, like a subscriber presses a link and wants to receive the next email quickly, the automation is not able to do that since it requires at least a 10 15 minute delay to bypass the step

Easy to use and budget friendly. Good choice.
Positive. But as my needs change, so does my wishlist for features. Mailerlite is still a solid choice.

- Automations are harder to set up than I'd like
- Especially ones with conditions
- Groups/segments feature can be clumsy
- No direct integration with my platform

Beware of a total lack of communication & risk of sudden account termination
Although my initial experience of using the platform and setting up my emails and automations was good, I wasn't even able to send my first email campaign as my attempt led to a termination of the account with no warning or explanation. Numerous attempts to try and discuss and attempt to resolve the issue were unanswered- I'm just glad I hadn't given MailerLite my hard earned money given their customer treatment.
- The interface was user-friendly with a number of different drag and drop design options
- The free package was quite generous and gave a good feel for the product
- Non-existent customer support and total lack of communication with customers
- Without any warnings indicating that something I had done was breaching their terms (still don't know what to this date as they wouldn't respond to my emails and tell me) my account was suspended and terminated

Mailer lite as the intuitiv and helpfull plataform I need for my digital entrepreneurship
My experience since I have enter Mailer lite is very good. I would say it is an excellent plataform to use, friendly, intuitiv, easy and fast. When you are already familiarized with the tools and hundreds of templates already done for you it is something that is your "best hand" to go through all your bussiness plan,

- speaking of the benefits of Mailer lite I would say that this plataform has a very powerfull, usefull and frindly customer support
- Obviously, as many others there are BOT answers but you can speak with a real persona whenever you nedd and this person stay with you as long as you need
- Moreover the long years since i have being using Miler lite all the people that helped me were always very kindness, helpfull and strongly worried about solving my problems
- I can not remember not even one time they could not solve my problem
- It is a tool ease or use
- It is really very intuitiv and you can learn very fast how to use it, different from others that has perhaps others tools but are far more dificult for a daily use
- If you are thinking about money, the instruments it gives you value for money everything you pay
- If you are begining you almost have to pay nothing, just if you are reaching more people and need more espefic tools because your project or bussiness grow then you start paying but from my point of view the very just amount of money
- The emial management and email templates are very easy to use, and have strong power to reach more peoplo and make grow your audience and database that is crucial for those who want to earn money with - for example - courses, webinars, mentoring and so one
- I have already made many campaign marketing and it is so easy to do
- And again
- there is always someone to help you in the Path if you get stuck in an stage of the process
- It has some usefull social media management and help with that with some tools that join your campaigns and others landing pages with your own followers from your social media channels
- The spam filtering as many or all others plataform is always a problem that concerns those who thrive into the self education industry or any other digital selling product, but they explain and teach you very good how to engage better and not having much problems with that
- There is no big deal talking aout real problems
- Obviously you can get other plataforms that have more professional use tools
- But then
- we are talking about bigger companies or people who have already great projects
- But even in that case from my point of view Mailer lite can help when you have tousend of mails in your database and has already a big audience
- Perhaps it is not the right tool for big industry companies, but for natural people as me is far more easy to use and manage then any other plataform that I have already tried to use

- Great Chat support - i had initial problems with connecting my domain, but got solved super fast and friendly
- I like the simple way of creating landingpages, connecting it with my website (wix
- com) and being able to create mailing workflows
initial setup was a bit clunky but i guess that was not a mailerlite problem but more of a domain (DNX) setting issue

Good all-purpose tool
Overall I’m quite pleased. It does everything it claims to do. Of course the email system is the strongest element. But, when you get over the learning curve of the landing page and website builder, you’ll find that their quite good.

Straightforward email marketing
From beginning to end, it has been a great experience. The setup was straightforward, using the platform is easy and the reporting is thorough. Plus, the emails look great and had good delivery rates. Overall I'm very happy.
