Easy CMMS to implement and use
They made our transition from our old system to theirs very easy by providing us Excel templates to reduce the potential for formatting errors. They also helped us recognize differences in data types from our various sites and modify to fit everyone.
- Ease of use by technicians and how quickly they were able to transition from our old system
- We are tracking downtime much more accurately than with the old system
- Reporting really needs to keep up with the advances they are making in other areas of the system
- I can now capture Planned Downtime, but it is difficult/impossible to report it
- The meter capability is good but there is room for growth there as well

A Great Decision!
From our rollout team to the Success Manager, and even the online support staff, I feel like we are never "forgotten about." The staff is all very knowledgeable about their products and are extremely helpful. Bringing in MaintainX has been a value-added decision that still continues to make gains every week for us.
Ease of use for operators to enter work requests with loads of helpful information going directly to the techs that makes their job more efficient - pictures, simple layout, QR codes to scan without being "logged in" - the list goes on
- Because our old ways of creating work orders online were so cumbersome, it was hard to wrap our mind around some of the new procedures - we were overthinking it
- It really was that simple to set up

Very good product
Very pleased, easy to maintain and keep up with all of our assets and the ability to keep up with all of our workorders.

Everything you need for maintenance requests in one app!
First of all we were trapped in a contract with a different company when we started with Maintain X, and they allowed us to put our subscription on hold while we figured out how to get free from the other one. They also kept us active so we didn't lose any information and continued to learn on the platform.
- The app is so easy to use and user freindly both as the admin and as the requester
- We don't have to keep explaining to staff the steps of putting in a request
- The platform walks them right through it
Not too mnay Cons on my end yet but I do wish you could have a more back and forth chat with the requester

Facility compliance and predictable operations
We love using the platform. It is easy to use and adopt, even for less digitally inclined users. It has helped us increase our facilities compliance, keeps us on schedule, and has more predictable costs and outcomes.
User-friendly interface, resource management features, scheduling options, visibility of all maintenance tasks, request tracking, and excellent return on investment
I would appreciate if there was a digital library to find all my records better, and improved ease of use for updating assets for field workers

A Parts Clerks Short Review On MaintainX
Using the system for a year in a half, I have had a good experience. It has made my job much easier and more organized with my notes on WO`s. Being able to stay up on my PO`s and getting ETAs from vendors.
- The ease to copy the link and put on PO`s and Work Orders to tie them together makes it easy to go back and forth to update the WO`s when a vendor has an update on the order
- Getting stock notifications for "Critical" parts has been a great tool to keep my stock where it needs to be and also helps me see trends on the parts and to send out reports on high usage
Sometimes when there is an update it messes with our special made fields (our Cost Codes) and when I send out a Hard Copy PO, sometimes it will take 20-30 minutes to download (but that is just me being nitpicky)

Great Platform
Its been great. The transition was painless and they have weekly meetings to help and easy the process.
- What I liked most about MaintainX was how it streamlined work order management and communication
- It made it easy to track tasks, assign work, and see real-time updates from the maintenance team, which really improved efficiency and accountability
- Honestly, we haven't really found anything
- A great feature would being able to switch to dark mode

I've enjoyed working with the integration/commissioning team, all of the MaintainX representatives have been extremely helpful & professional in setting up the product we need.
I like how intuitive and user friendly the system is, the clear visualisation of work order scope, ownership and priority makes it easy to decipher our ready backlog and move orders to completion
