Excellent CRM to customize with Great Customer Support
I have been using this CRM from last 3 years for one of our lead generation project. Initially, it took time to customize, with the help of developer we customize this as per our requirement. And after that till date, we never faced any major issues.
- This is one of the best CRM that works well with QuickBooks
- You can take the help of your in-house developers or the support team to customize the CRM based on your requirement
- They have an excellent support team to resolve any minor issues that you face during customization
- They provide a wide range of features with great navigation
- You can customize and create multiple reports as per requirement
- Overall a great CRM tool I would recommend to all
- Though customization is one of its great features still you need some good developer to do this
- You can take the help of their team to customize for you but again it's very expensive

Only wish we found Method SOONER. WE LOVE IT
WE LOVE IT! It serves as advertised and WAY MORE. We use it for production task scheduling and tracking, customer communications and information, allowing our employees to see order history, time tracking and more.
Its customizable features allow it to function and look the way that best suits your needs
- If using Quickbooks Desktop payments, Method's payment gateway does not allow it in their platform
- We are currently sending invoices from Quickbooks Desktop so that the customer has the option to pay with the link if they choose
- Once the invoice is paid, we send the Paid Invoice via method so that the customer can have access to their portal
- We can choose to use one of their accepted payment methods such as Stripe, but these do not sync with Quickbooks Desktop for merchant fees etc so to prevent adding to our data entry we have been reluctant to make a switch

Method is able to consolidate the functions of these subscriptions and now we can access everything in one place.
Why they chose it
"We didn't want to move from Quickbooks Desktop Manufacturing. To build out Salesforce to accomplish our goals it was proposed at over $20k plus licensing subscriptions. Nothing else met all of our needs except Method."

Non existent competent customer service, you can get a body, but not any knowledge.
I occasionally send emails through the Method CRM Email campaign function. These emails are only to my customers. I sent a campaign out to about 1300 and got 20 invalid email responses. Method froze my email account based on the twenty invalid emails. It took over a week for them to get the account unfrozen. Ridiculous!
It integrates well with Quickbooks Desktop, although it works a bit slowly and occupies a lot of computer resources when synchronizing
- Their customer service is near non-existent
- You can get a hold of people via chat, but they are incompetent and have to refer every issue to the "back office" and that can take days to get a reply

Less data entry
I tell my boss on the daily how much I like using Method. Navigating the apps is very simple. Previously we used multiple platforms which caused a lot of redundant data entry. Method takes that away.
- Method makes creating estimates, work orders, sales orders all from the Opportunities app super easy
- I also like being able to customize documents to match our company branding
After an opportunity is closed it does remain on the opportunity screen, which causes a little bit of clutter, but this is minor

Method is much more organized and easier to navigate.

Bad Experience
Couldn’t be a worse experience. Time consuming with no end in sight. You’re better off building your own CRM from scratch.
- The low cost and their programmers on staff to help you build out the CRM to fit your exact needs
- We were excited about their ability to customize the CRM to our needs
- I’ve been working with their “programmers” for over one year and their CRM is still not useable
- This has been a complete nightmare

If you want great customer service, Method is your CRM
Method support staff is great. Every issue we've ever had has been addressed quickly and thoroughly. Following up with a phone call after the issue is resolved to make sure all aspects of our concerns are addressed is an added touch not commonly found in CRM customer support.
- The layout of this CRM makes finding what you are looking for simple and fast
- Customer service is top notch
- My main issue is that when you want to add a recurring booking in a schedule the default end date is the next calendar year
- It's easy to overlook the year when only booking something that lasts a few days or weeks

Perspective of an Account Manager using Method
My overall experience is positive. I use it as one of the primary tools of my workday and have yet to run into any major issues in which I'd describe as a flaw of the software.
- The overall speed of daily tasks and account management tools provided

- That might be for speed and ease of use, but some graphic updating would be nice
