Excellent tool
Overall the experience has been a very positive one and we have enjoyed the features of 365 and teams.
The ability to integrate ezlynx and teams with all the access of 365 has made work easier and sharing and communication more streamlined
- No cons except the changes with outlook from classic to the new version
- Some features did not carry over

All You Need when You're On the Go
Overall positive, I like have access to my files and documents on the go. Being able to know for sure that everything will be there on whatever device I use is great comfort. I wish some smaller details were polished, but overall it's a good service.
- I like that it is native to our tech stack and that works very well between phone, tablet, and laptop
- I enjoy having the ability to access my files on the go and ensure that they are up to date and work properly
- I also like that I can quickly and securely share files with members of my team
- It's hard to tell what is what service in Microsoft because there are so many programs that intersect
- I don't always love the formatting changes that happen when I open documents in a desktop versus in its native app
- A lot can change, which can be frustrating

Microsoft 365: Great small business product
Overall happy with the product and everything included, plus their support, but a learning curve to set up properly.
- Availability and integration of multiple products (document managment, email, file storage, task management, planning, MS teams) and good security features
- Support is easy to access with a business plan and have been helpful
- Complex to set up as an admin, particularly all the security features, although their support have been helpful with this
- Cost is quite high, esp when needed for multiple employees

Does the job, no complaints!
I've used to to send files to and from myself and to study and organise my documents. It's been wonderful and I will likely use it forever!
- Great for managing all my files and lets me access them from any device, anywhere
- It's free and super easy to use, which it wonderful
There used to be a glitch that would cause the file to close and the app to randomly crash on my ipad, but fortunately it was fixed a few months back, so now everything is great

I felt for academic purposes, it was better organised and it allows you to edit in app, without redirecting you to specific applications like google drive does

Good but don't expect support anytime soon
Overall the product is good and provides what most businesses would need. This includes some I have set up for myself and for my customers.
- I like the outlook email application
- Specifically the web version and android versions
- It's very learn and use
- Sharing files between users in the same org and outside of the org is super easy too
- Getting support as a direct customer is frustrating, time consuming, and hard
- There's no really easy way to interact with support in a timely manner

Essential, but poor UIX
365 is essential. I find the security features often interfere with functionality and are unintuitive. The UIX is pretty pitiful and they are constantly changing the names of features which can be confusing. As I know someone who works at microsoft, I think this is likely a silo effect of the company which is large and not well integrated. Nevertheless, as a shared drive it's very useful and the security is essential for our team's data.
Team integration is very valuable and obviously integration with the tools that our team uses everyday is helpful
- I personally dislike teams meetings very much
- I think the platform is inferior to Zoom and often is glitchy with a poor interface design

Asana is pretty but never really was functional enough for us. Plus we got a nonprofit discount.

Lots of love minimal complaints

- One of my favorite features of Microsoft 356 is the ability to use the cloud features to any device that is connected to the account
- In our office we have 2 main computers that we use and its so nice to be able to not have to manually share the file but rather it just be connected via the one drive
- Microsoft is so easy to use
- We used to use the google drive for most of our needs but since switching to Microsoft we haven't regretted it
- We pay for the monthly subscription and it just makes it so much easier on us and I love that that is an option
One con that I have noticed is that for some reason ours tends to sign us out a lot but that also could just be a setting on our end not 100% sure

Love it for the value
Excellent. I am still getting the hang of it, and at times it does not seem as streamline as google docs. Maybe if there was a simpler icon to open up the other apps that would be beneficial.
- The ease of use and the value for the money
- It provides a lot of excellent apps
- For example, my husband taught me how to use one that I can use as a notebook
- For some reason I cannot bookmark my drive so that I just open up my files
- As mentioned later on, also a little slow to go in between the applications

Great and most dominate product of its kind at this time
We use it daily at work for everything from emails to timelines, meetings, and projects. I prefer it over Google and Apple products because they are just more user-friendly, and you have the freedom to customize your projects how you see fit. All of the apps read into each other, so if one does not fit your problem at hand, you can easily move all of your work and data to another one. Example from Word to Excel and even Pdf.
- Microsoft Word, SharePoint, and Excel
- The real-time collaboration with my team on projects that cuts down on multiple meetings a day
- Makes work more productive
- The price is a bit pricy on the higher end
- It sucks that you cannot just open a Word document on a computer that does not have Microsoft 365 downloaded on

DONT OPT for MICROSOFT ON IOS
Extremely poor. Despite logging calls and errors on their page NOBODY attempted to contact me. It was extremely difficult to find any assistance whatsoever.
- I thought I linked the program with its applications until Outlook failed to launch
- At first glance I thought it would solve the errors which Microsoft 16 started to give
- Outlook kept on giving an error when attempting to setup my mail
- There was NO support
- I activated this program BUT could not setup my outlook, which is why I opted to buy this package
- Total waste of money without any support
