About MioCommerce

MioCommerce is a cloud-based business management software designed to help businesses manage sales, bookings, marketing, payments, customers, and more via a unified platform. The application includes white-labelling capabilities, which allow organizations to create and manage personalized web pages with custom pricing to handle online bookings in real-time. MioCommerce’s built-in calendar allows enterprises to add, schedule and reschedule appointments using the drag-and-drop functionality. Administrators can also automatically notify customers about booking confirmation, service requests and other updates via SMS and email messages. It also offers various other features such as social media integration, quote management, availability monitoring, conversion tracking and more. MioCommerce allows supervisors to automatically assign jobs to staff members and prioritize jobs based on predefined criteria using the auto-dispatching functionality. Customer service

My overall experience has been wonderful with PodiunIO. I have no regrets choosing the platform. Its very user-friendly when it come to all of our daily task. The customers has no problems booking or managing there services. So I am very please with the platform.

  • I find it very easy to use and all the features are ones that you use everyday and not just filling up the page
  • The customer service is great and the response time is incredible, it's very fast and very knowledgeable
  • It's always the people that that know me and have helped me in the past

  • The increase in pricing is disappointing

Best all in one software for janitorial services.

My overall experience with PodiumIO had been wonderful from beginning to now! If I have questions, they are answered quickly, within minutes, and they are just a pleasure to work with! They have earned our business 100 percent!

What they liked
  • The complete scheduling, smart calendar, customizable service/booking pages that are on the same level of quality as some of the biggest competitors in the market
  • I love that when a customer is requesting a quote or a booking, they are not taken to another companies website to compete the booking process, like House Call Pro
  • I feel these guys have a superior product compared to the competition, and they are just making it better
  • We are looking forward to starting our franchising of our company through using PodiumIO, and incorporating their software to all franchisees
Room for improvement

My least favorite thing, would be the mobile app, but I’m confident they will just make it better, and eventually will have much more abilities from the app

I actually just tested Jobber first, and I chose PodiumIO, because they had the ability to give me a brand new super converting website! In addition, the biking pages and scheduling in PodiumIO, were much superior to Jobber.

Toronto Pro Cleaners Review

Overall very happy with MioCommerce. I have been approached several times to change my booking platform, but I will always stay with MioCommerce. Even if you are having an issue, they are there to help you out and fix the problem.
