- I've been using Missive for two years now, and I can't imagine going back to a traditional email service
- This tool is incredibly useful for ensuring collaboration within a single team: shared mailbox and individual mailboxes, assignment of emails based on projects managed by employees, integrated chat
- It makes our work more fluid and easier to follow
- We've already had to contact support, and the team is super fast and helpful
Settings management: we are always concerned about the impact of deleting a user on the organization of our shared mailbox

An Essential Tool for Managing Our Firm’s Inbox
I love it! A colleague referred me to Missive, and I’m so grateful for the recommendation. Since the inbox is the heart of our practice, Missive has quickly become the most essential tool in our firm.
- Missive is extremely user-friendly
- It has helped our team manage the inbox efficiently and easily delegate responsibilities
- The support team is amazing and very responsive
- After trying Missive for just a couple of weeks, we decided to onboard fully—our team quickly learned the key features
- The support team also prioritizes our requests, and we can even build custom integrations
- I hope they add an integration with OpenPhone (now called Quo)
- Also, there’s currently no way to reverse the inbox queue—for example, to view the oldest emails first
- This feature is already in their pipeline, and I believe it should be a quick fix, but I’m still waiting

It's a very good service but can be improved with QoL changes.
It's fairly easy to use, and email rules and labels seem to be very customizable but there are some shortcomings that can be improved.
- The ease of use, labels, setup, canned responses and different team inboxes
- Better email thread organization for easier printing
- Also, the inability of being unable to copy the text from the email print screen in Missive

Great product and great customer service!
Great product and great customer service. Response times are amazing.........probably because they're using Missive :)
- I was most impressed with how much thought went in to building out the features to really cover almost any scenario or use case you and your team may have
- Would highly recommend this product to every team
Overall the platform is very user friendly, but you do have to read their online tutorials to fully understand some of the features it has

Extremely Powerful CRM, SLACK, Company system
Its been overwhelmingly positive for our businesses. Very easy to deal with them. Great features and updates as well.
- Very good to consolidate slack features, which email, and phone lines
- We have built so many SOP's and frameworks around it
- That they don't have their own VOIP service
- We integrate dialpad which works pretty well but if they had their own phone system, it would be incredible

Super happy with Missive
I've been thrilled with Missive, since I started using it for my small business a few months ago. I was nervous that it would be too difficult and complicated but the opposite is true. It's extremely intuitive and easy to figure out. Plus, the customer support is fantastic, which is incredibly reassuring. I can't recommend it highly enough.
- Missive has all the functionality I need to bring an assistant on board
- One of my favorite features is how I can save template responses and pull them into an email with a hashtag and the title
- It saves me so much time
- I also use something they call Labels, which are like folders and very useful for keeping my inbox tidy
- I ran into one small bug so far, but customer support already fixed it
- It had to do with emails coming in that were duplicated if I had changed the subject line

- What I liked most is the flexibility offered by Missive integrations: we easily connect it with Notion, Make, and WhatsApp, centralizing communications and automating tasks
- The API connectivity, focused inbox, ability to “pin” discussions with links, and the sharing of entire conversations (including team comments) help us keep track of key topics and deadlines across four separate work teams, even with external collaborators
- The interface is lightweight and intuitive, and task management prevents anything from slipping through the cracks
- The advanced search could be more flexible, especially for large volumes of communications
- There are still some useful features that could be added to further simplify daily work

Upsides and downsides of missive.
Overall missive is super helpful on managing emails, sharing thoughts, defining workflow, looking for past conversations, going through steps.
- It is hard to learn, but after learning part passes missive becomes incredibly helpful on managing tasks, writing emails, following up with potential clients
- There are few bugs and issues but as soon as reaching costumer support they are fixing directly
- Least I like about missive is their automation for other applications
- I think missive needs more apps that it can connect without using API
