Efficient, Intuitive, and a Game-Changer for Team Collaboration
My overall experience with monday.com has been excellent. It transformed how we manage our tasks, collaborate across departments, and stay on top of deadlines. The platform is stable, support is responsive, and updates keep improving the product. It’s become an essential part of our day-to-day operations.

- The visual layout makes it really easy to track projects at a glance
- The automation features are a huge time-saver, and the customizable workflows helped us tailor monday

- Plus, it integrates smoothly with other tools we use like Slack and Google Drive
- There’s a bit of a learning curve when setting up more complex automation or boards, but once you get the hang of it, it becomes second nature
- It would also be great if some of the premium features were available on lower-tier plans

Overall, the experience has been so great. Once the initial bump of implementation is over, it truly is smooth sailing. The automations and organization of this system is intuitive and easy for the user. I would highly recommend to anyone considering a software for organization and project management.

- It's easy to have multiple projects going at once
- Their automation features make items hard to forget
- Since my company has a ton of locations, it's nice to have separate boards for everything
- There's also different pages that allow you to take notes free hand too
- I love the options that they have
- Customer support is fast and easy (and hardly necessary because of how intuitive and easy it is
- )
- I haven't run into any major issues or bugs with the software
- They are constantly improving things in their system and it makes it an easy choice
- Even more, it's cheap
- The value for the price tag is so worth it
- Small yearly/monthly costs make it an no brainer for companies of all sizes
- Sometimes there can be so many boards in Monday
- com that it can be hard to keep things straight
- Things can feel disjointed until you learn how to link pages to each other
- Another thing that can be frustrating at the beginning of implementation is setting notifications to be correct for you
- Without making necessary changes, you can get flooded with email and app notifications for everything
- If you're not careful, it can be a distraction
- This can be easily fixed, however

Still waiting for a single-user plan...
I still use it, and will continue to, but it is not the only tool that I use for project and task management now.
- The interface is still beautiful; I appreciate the ability to choose and edit labels like "in progress," something other products like monday
- com don't have
- However, they still do not have a plan for single entrepreneurs
- That is frustrating because I would 100% pay for it if there was a plan for it

A good solution for single point of truth on shared spreadsheets but expensive.
Very effective for my case use. But incredibly expensive as a solution to create master, shared spreadsheets. It clearly does do more than just this, but given the default views and setup, that's essentially what it is - rows and columns. It's incredibly over priced for this.
- I couldn't keep effective version control over several shared spreadsheets very well
- Enter Monday which worked wonders to do this
- Created a single point of truth for key data where other tools I suffered from multiple versions being saved by various users, leading to inaccuracies
- Cost
- With a need to share across internal users and external - you can absolutely do that - but internal occasional users must have a full seat and the cost rachets up and fast
- Also, it requires a minimum seat subscription at start up meaning it starts more expensive than it needs to if you want to try it

The Best CRM I Have Used - 'For My Needs'
I have used many CRM's including Monday, many years ago. It wasn't like it is now and I'm quite pleased with the progress. I'd have to say Monday is the best CRM for my needs I have ever used and I won't use anything else moving forward!
- I love the interface and overall ease of use
- It's looks great and well organized out of the box
- Yet completely customizable to fit anyones needs from a solo entrepreneur to fortune 500 corporation
- Sometimes too many customization options is too much
- The new "campaigns" feature for emailing tripped me up for hours
- Once customer support instrusted me on how to access the section, all was well
- Then the real malfunction occurred
- I spent at least four hours with a support rep trying to import a csv with first name, last name and email
- Neither of us could import the list completely
- Leading the bug to be escalated to the next level of support
- It's been two days now and I am sitting on a mailer to 735 of my clients
- I may be forced to use another email server which is highly counterproductive

ClickUp is awesome! BUT - It's far too non-linear for me. I ended up spending more time trying to figure how and where templates were installed and located. Leading to lots of time spent on non productive tasks. But it holds it's own without a doubt.

Monday.Com will organize your workflow!!
My team loves it. WE all could use individually or collaborate, helped with organization! It made us waay more efficient.

Easy and perfect organization

Solid Platform
Overall good platform, just wasn't the right fit for my workflow and my team to track and coordinate projects on.
Loved the UI on this platform and the bright colors made it easy for me to quickly understand where projects were at in progress and who had ownership over tasks within those projects
A lot of clicking, felt like too many clicks to get to where I needed to go for most tasks and navigation
