Very good customer service and good building management system.
- Easy to a cess the history, preventive maintenance list etc

"1. Australian company based in Sydney 2. Access to Leadership who are hands-on and available 3. Small enough to be personal and build relationships with everyone from Support, Accounts, all the way up to the CEO. 4. Development requests from users are taken onboard. Many additional features I've requested over the years have come to fruition. 4. MYBOS is by far the most intuitive facilities management software I've used. Others require more "clicks" to complete something easily in MYBOS."

MYBOS V3.01 REV 3.01.01 Not as Friendly
New version not as user-friendly as the previous version. Faults identified are advised will be addressed in next update. Amenity bookings and calender's too vague and difficult to see quick glance activities. Much information (Rules, forms) all lost in upgrade Dashboard of little use generally not happy with updated version

Worked with MYBOS for many years and find it easy to train new team members on it. Support has always been reactive and quick.

- I like the how the software keeps the reception desk organised

Overall, I have found MYBOS a simple, straightforward system that easily accessed for all team members to use effectively, regardless of their technical skills.
