Easy to use and help us to automate our standard work.

Easy to use program and have multiple option manage difrent hardware takes care of patching backups and Security (sentinelOne) Scripts are easy to use and to add. It takes allot of standard work out of our hands so that we can focus on the more fun stuff.

There are so many extra options that it is sometimes hard to decide what we will add

Be the Sensei to your clients with Ninja

From day 1, the setup was easy, the interface intuitive and we are taking advantage of the automation more and more. Even Ninja Remote is far superior to TeamViewer.

What they liked

NinjaOne is the tool we use on a daily basis to stay on top of all issues relating to our MSP business in regards to our clients

Room for improvement
  • The cost can add up, but we more than make it up in saved time and of course, this is covered by our monthly plans
  • I did wish we could reset some of the alerts, especially on computers that have been offline for a while

NinjaOne is the NumberOne RMM for MSPs

Outstanding. I love NinjaOne and couldn't do my job efficiently without it.

What they liked
  • Ease of use, ease of deployment, the GUI is simple yet gives you everything you need at a glance, simple patching functionality and asset organisation
  • NinjaOne is incredible

  • I honestly can't of any shortcomings of NinjaOne
  • It's an incredible product and must have for any MSP

Sometimes all in one is a poor choice

The product was just not reliable to trust it protecting my network. The software management wasnt as good as other products. I eventually purchased multile other products which did each task better and actually saved me money.

What they liked
  • Ninja One was demonstrated to me as an all in one product that could achieve everything i was asking
  • The sales team were extremely friendlt and assisted with getting me a trial
Room for improvement
  • Ninja One does a lot of things but soemtimes an all in one product doesnt do them well
  • I ran the product along side other product trials and its vulnerability management was extremely poor and missed so many vulnerabilities

Best RMM on the Market

Overall, my experience with NinjaOne has been exceptional. From the considerate account managers, to the devoted development team who actually cares about feedback on how to improve the platform. There has not been a moment we have considerate an alternate RMM solution since we adopted NinjaOne, and I don't anticipate that changing any time soon.

What they liked
  • NinjaOne's dedication to improvements, engagement with their community, and strong automation capabilities all make this platform a no brainer to me
  • On top of these, the interface is extremely user friendly for new users, and issues are rarely present on the platform itself
Room for improvement
  • Customer support has been declining in quality over the last few years
  • Organizational features still are not quite where we'd like them, in that it would be nice to have folder structures for things like policies, reports, etc

NinjaOne in Action: Strengths, Weaknesses, and Real-World Results

Overall, NinjaOne is a good product but has the potential to be better. Its fairly young product in design but should the team listen to feedback, it can be greatly improved. When I customized it for my organization at the time, I had it working closely to where I wanted it and I received great feedback for it.

What they liked
  • I loved that NinjaOne has both ticketing and RMM built into one product
  • It was very convenient to be assisting an end users and be able to remote into their device effortlessly from NinjaOne
  • Also, patch management and remote monitoring was a huge plus
Room for improvement
  • Because NinjaOne was so new, there were features that I was previously accustomed to in other pieces of software
  • One feature I used heavily was the round robin feature for ticketing
  • NinjaOne didn't utilize that as they relied on automation

Great RMM/automation/patching solution

Great and the customer service and support is great. I would rate this a four stars out of four. I've like it more than all other RMM tools.

  • Continuously adding new beneficial features
  • It has worked great as an RMM and patching solution
  • We also use it for automation as well

  • I don't have any issues at this point
  • I'm sure you can always make everything better but they are continually do that

Automated Patch Management made easy

First Class! From the salesperson who originally set the account up to my account manager who regularly contacts me to check all is ok.

What they liked
  • The software makes patch management on computers and phones a breeze because its all automated
  • I just have to approve some optional installs and it goes ahead and installs them
Room for improvement
  • The only downside is that (at present) there is no way to populate a phones contacts list directly through NinjaOne
  • I have to email a VCF card to all users
  • However i have requested this as a future feature release

Easy to deploy RMM but costly.

The solution is sound, with great documentation, support and well designed interface that made it easily deployed. However the solution was expensive with no remote support or helpdesk features in the standard license.

Easy of deployment, setup, with very good documentation and support on hand to assist with any issues

Room for improvement

NinjaOne was more expensive than other RMM solutions, with the license not including remote support features or helpdesk features
