It does what I need
It's doing what I need it to do. It was somewhat easy to deploy - still have a few more endpoints to go
We needed an endpoint management system - for the price this fills our needs we intend to purchase and needed additional time to get a morer accurate count
Don't not if this is a con but there is additional features that we may look to incorporate - not sure yest

Best Product on the Market
Overall, this has been one of the best products i have ever used. The experience is truly one of a kind when it comes to this product and the support when setting up the product is very helpful. They always have a answer or option to your questions
- Ease of use, Support, Device Managemenrt
- All three of these things are wonderful
- All of our devices are managed flawlessly and the portal allows us to keep these systems up to date
- If we have any issues with the product support always has a quick answer
- Some of the little missing features
- DNS options are missing from the MDM, More preset reports, dashboard customizability
Switched From
The features inside of the product are what made us switch. There are more in-depth options.

Not a fit for small to mid tier businesses.
It was a good experience, though the UI was a little outdated when compared to others. We did like all of the options they had and that if covered everything we would need. This issue was that though it did everything, it wasn't the best at it all. Just good.
- We left Manage Engine due to pricing
- We found an alternative that did the same, for free at the tier we needed
- Pricing structure
- If you are a smaller business, or one like us who is "lean" and does not have as many employees it doesn't make financial sense to pay this much for the capabilities they offer

Cost and support. Teamviewer is a great product, but their support is extremely slow to respond and very unprofessional in their assistance.
Why they chose it
"NinjaOne is just a hodge podge of other products. They offer remote control, but they outsource this to Teamviewer and just integrate with their platform. They offer Antivirus, but it is outsourced to your choice (BitDefender, etc). That is not neccessarily bad, but I personally like everything under one umbrella."

A great all round product for endpoint management
Great...The product was a good value way to help us meet some of our Essential 8 compliance requirements. Specifically around software and OS patching and vulnerability reporting.
Value for Money Meets compliance requirements Ease of Use and Implementation Outstanding Support On Site solution
- Not a lot
- although they could make all of their products a little more integrated when you use a few of them (something they do appear to be improving, in fairness)
Why they chose it
"Support and Value for money. Meets requirements. Simple to use."

Comprehensive Yet Complex Endpoint Management Experience
My overall experience with ManageEngine Endpoint Central has been good. The platform provides strong centralized management, reliable automation, and helpful remote support capabilities. While there are areas that could be improved—such as simplifying the interface and enhancing agent stability—the solution overall performs well and supports daily IT operations effectively.
Endpoint Central delivers consistency, automation, and security in managing large-scale endpoint environments
Agent upgrades sometimes fail, especially on devices with restricted permissions or inconsistent network connectivity
Why they chose it
"I chose ManageEngine Endpoint Central over other alternatives because it provides a strong balance of features, cost-effectiveness, and ease of deployment."

All in One IT Operation Tool
One of the best IT operations management tools, we can create such kinds of alerts and make necessary deployment and system changes without connecting the end user systems. Easy to manage and monitor asset inventory.
- Ability to provide support to end users without touching or connecting the systems
- Easy to manage and monitor systems and software inventory
Some features from the user administration module need to be improved, it is very difficult to provision a user based on the remote office
Switched From
More difficult to manage and maintain the systems and asset inventory

Worth the money
positive and their CS is responsive and fast to help, patch management is easy to use. and the tools are abundant.
- Ease of endpoint management, usb control, and endpoint tools
- The customer support
- Customized OS deployment
lacking ways to create an OS deployment for Linux, the agent has to be reinstalled time to time on endpoints
Why they chose it
"Ease of deployment I wanted to go with SCCM (not Intune missing the option) due to using it in the past but i need a fast compliant on prem solution and MEEC meet the requirement at a good cost point"

Endpoint Central Product Review
Overall so far I'm happy as the patch management and remote support features work really well. The ability to track CVE's and zero day vulnerabilities is also very useful. The technical support channel is also very excellent and very prompt.
This product makes patch management a much easier and smoother process in turn making my job easier
OS deployment is proving trickier than first thought, the need for distribution server is in each location where machines need building require added cost and time not too mention over complicating the process
Switched From
The old product became difficult to use and we need more reliability.

Cost effective and efficient MDM solution
The overall experience was good and really efficient all-round MDM solution. Needs a bit of familiarity with the console, to use to its full potential.
- The value for money is surely one of the most attractive features
- We wont get all these features for the same price anywhere
- The solution is also robust
- The options are not very easily accessible and needs to be searched to find some features
- Interface can be more user friendly
Why they chose it
"Cost effectiveness plus more features for less price"

Top of the Line Product
Overall the experience is great. The feature and product support that's provided is second to none and it continues to get better.
- The ability to patch, secure, and manage devices
- It also gives you the ability to apply device configurations
- The desktop imaging still seems to be lacking key features
- One big thing is the inability to tie your Software Application library within the image
