OnePageCRM is a simple contact management tool. While it has all the usual features of a customer relationship management (CRM) system, OnePageCRM is mostly known for its simplicity and unique to-do list functionality. You can use this CRM to add tasks/reminders next to every contact and receive automatic notifications when the next follow-up is due. Unique CRM features: — Action Stream: In OnePageCRM, you can add tasks and reminders with due dates to every contact in your database. You can sort your contacts by alphabet, company name, and task’s due date. You can run your whole business from OnePageCRM without switching between spreadsheets and to-do apps. — Contact management: All contact information is on one scrollable page, including past and future interactions and touchpoints. With OnePageCRM, you can also visualize relationships between contacts (e.g. who’s a decision maker, and so on). If you work with freelancers, you can share only specific contacts with them by giving them Focused User access to your database. — Email management: Send emails in bulk from within your CRM, keep all email templates in one place, attach files to templates, track email opens, fully...

A simple-to-use CRM with all the most important features

We have been using OnePageCRM for over a year and it has been stable, efficient and effective in helping us keep our contact list organized and synced with Gmail and other apps. With Zapier integration you can completely avoid double-entry across your various platforms.

What they liked
  • OnePageCRM is just that
  • a simple, effective CRM that allows you to see your business on one page, and to focus only on your next task
  • The Lead Clipper is a gamechanger and saves hours of time every month adding contact info to our database
Room for improvement
  • I wish I could search the notes field, which hopefully will soon be available
  • This is truly the only feature lacking

Long time CRM User converted to OnePageCRM over 9 years ago

I've been using OnePageCRM for my contact management system in our company for over 9 years. They are updating and improving the system consistently throughout that time. Support has been exceptional.

What they liked
  • Easy to use and flexible settings configuration
  • Unlike most products managing contact records, OnePageCRM provides many tools to update and maintain company/organization information for all contacts in a company, sync tags and status changes, and tie multiple contacts to multiple deals
  • You also have the ability to customize fields add categorize contact records
  • The Mobile Application provides just the right contact information on a small device and allows me to update records across the organization
Room for improvement
  • I am only waiting for one key feature, the ability to have a contact associated with multiple Companies/organizations
  • I have been able to work around this issue but that feature would make it easier

I've used many including ACT, Outlook, Goldmine, and built my own in the past. None gave me the same capabilities

"As application developers we could have built and maintained our own. However at a total subscription cost of about $265/year over 9 years, it did not make sense."

The CRM you didn't know you needed!

Intuitive UI, phenomenal customer service, perfect blend of customer management and actionable insights.

What they liked
  • The action stream is incredible
  • It forces me to interact and act on my CRM content
  • It's no longer just a place to house information, but to move opportunities forward
  • It's the CRM I've been looking for
  • They've thought through the flow of day-to-day customer interaction - action is needed
  • I can make calls while driving and I'm immediately prompted to make a note about the call (logging the time in that leads activity)
  • When I complete an action I'm immediately prompted to set the next action (before I forget
  • ) Everything is connected, but I don't have to fill out every field to move forward with my day
  • I can edit and add as I go - the ultimate flexibility while retaining the critical info I need to close deals
Room for improvement
  • The thing I like least is it took me too long to find it and the rest of my team isn't on it yet
  • For me it has checked every box I was looking for in a CRM, and many I didn't even know I needed, at a price point that is extremely affordable

Recommending One Page CRM

I can get up the curve on existing relationships really quickly as everything is helpfully held centrally, in one place.

Big thumbs up

No CRM beats OnePage. I've tried them all. It takes time to learn how to use it, but the webinars, staff, and videos help.

One of a kind. Got it right.

I haven't found anything like this, where it forces a next action and is about getting you to do as opposed to just storing info.

Helps give visibility and keep us on task!
