Reliable, Reasonable and Best Value.
Been using service for my office phone system. Quality of service and uptime are major reasons I continue to utilize OnSIP.
- Reliable and affordable service
- Great tech support on the rare occasion I need it
- Service support hours accommodate users regardless of location
- Nothing that I can think of

Customer Service takes the win
Overall? Very happy! If they didn't have quick, knowledgable, human customer support, I would probably find another tool. But their team does a fantastic job to listen, educate, and help managers understand the tool.
- Customer service is FANTASTIC
- Every call I get knowledgable, smart, problem-solving people that actually listens, hears the problem-solving I've done, and helps me not only to find solutions, but walks me through so I have more knowledge to solve it myself
- Still has residual "third-party app" feel - mobil is very buggy, signing in/out on multiple devices can be tedious
- If I lock my computer screen, I often need to restart the app to get it working
- For some reason wifi calling has difficulty with landlines (bad connections), but this might not *necessarily* be onsip's fault

Outstanding customer service
We don't use the system to the extent that I am sure we should. But it takes care of the current needs and can be expanded as we need more unique services.
- Customer service is top of the line
- There has never been a time when I called and did not receive help or the solution to whatever my issue was
- Everyone is professional, courteous and willing to go above and beyond
- Truly outstanding in today's world
- Sometimes it is not easy to understand how to make changes to our system
- I would say semi user friendly but customer service more than makes up for that

Awesome VOIP service
Service is great and always working, I cant recall 1 time where the phones were down in then 12+ years of using OnSip. The customer support is supper friendly too!
How easy it is to use and the fact that I can use my office phone on my computer and on my smartphone
- I really don't have any cons that i can think of at the moment

OnSIP is the way to go!
My overall experience with OnSIP has been favorable and I do not have anything negative to say. I appreciate their communication, responsiveness and willingness to help resolve any issues that might arise.

onsip's great
Overall a great experience, we've been using onsip for at least two years now and it has solved a lot of our prior issues.

random but usually small glitches that are hard to explain to users but usually never interrupt the flow of work

First Rate Service
All positive. They have helped me configure my phones, set up extensions and with any issue I have come across in my time as a customer. I do not have many issues, but there have been a few, and every time I get resolution in one contact. Pretty impressive.
If you need customer service for any issue you can get a human immediately an chances are they can figure it out to resolution with one point of contact

Great product and service
Our phone service is always great. No interruptions or problems ever.
- We switched from "regular" phone service that didn't work at all half the time
- The sound quality, the cost, the versatility and support are outstanding
