About Paymo

Paymo is a work and project management software for small teams of up to 20 people. This solution supports remote work and offers project planning, resource scheduling, team collaboration, file proofing, time tracking, and project invoicing within a single suite. Its project management features enable you to create projects, add tasks with multiple assignees, and save them as a template for later use. Then, you can monitor the project progress (time tracked vs. initial budgets) and manage work through one of the four different task views: List, Table, Board, Calendar, and Gantt Chart. Paymo also has a built-in timer, desktop and mobile apps, and accurate timesheets that provide a window into your productivity. Data can be exported later as time reports and shared with your clients for extra transparency. The project accounting functionality to track expenses, create automated client invoices, transform proposals into projects, and get paid online will serve you well in keeping your financials close and making sure you get paid on time. Paymo offers three paid plans and a free plan as well.

  • Paymo makes it a breeze to track my time and then invoice my clients - with one click, all the time I've entered is populated in my invoice and I can even choose to include a summary of my time entry notes if needed
  • Their Support team is also super responsive and helpful when I've had questions

Constantly improving

Flexible and suitable for a lot of different projects. We gained a lot of insight through the visual data overviews. Tool is constantly improving: new features, upgrades, interface changes for the better. The customer service was friendly and personal. Paymo and DataFeedWatch are my two favorite customer teams. Definitly recommended!

I found Paymo and never looked back

I love it! I recommend this to those who are looking for easy to manage and straightforward platform for time, project, and task management and invoicing.

  • Top of mind room for improvement would be the Time Reports view
