Excellent and user friends point of sale software and equipment
Very good! We like being able to add folders of our products on the Point of Sale and having images of the products and we like being able to pull informative reports for the transactions. We also like that you can record cash sales too, not just card sales, giving you a complete picture.
- We already had a PayPal account, so was great to have a product that we could link with it
- We also like the easy to use overview of inventory and products, so you can easily keep track of sales and stock
- You have the option to send customer receipts, but need to add them to your database/customer list to store the information (such as names and emails) for data protection
- We (our team) may need to explore this function as we might be missing something, but it feels like this process could be streamlined as adding customer details when you have a queue of customers feels like it takes perhaps a little longer than is comfortable for customers

"Because we already had a PayPal account, so the Zettle card readers and POS system could be linked directly to the account. We also found the fees were the most competitive overall at the time of our research."

A Great Way to Accept Credit Cards With Your Cell Phone
I subscribe to another credit card processor, but all transactions must take place via the terminal in my office. With Pay Pal Here, I can accept a transaction anywhere else and then transfer the funds manually into my business checking account. Convenience is the main reason I use Pay Pal Here.
Pay Pal Here allows me to accept credit cards for my business using my cell phone either with the accompanying dongle or via inputting the card info on my touch screen
The only con I have is that transactions over $500 have very long holds placed on them before the funds are available

Great payment processor
Fairly easy to process payments via the tap to pay on the reader and the paypal zettle app. I like the app that you can save inventory.
- How easy it is to process payments via bluetooth and phone
- It processes payments fast and a nice compact size
- It us difficult to figure out if you can enter card or payment information manually
- It seems like you should since a key pad

Great credit card software
Has been a wonderful addition to my companies glad i switched over to them

- Simple and easy app to use
- At first was a challenge to figure out how to use it with out a reader

Not an ideal option
Overall it was an expensive option in terms of rates and it was not ideal because each terminal showed sales reports without the ability to put a security lock on that function.
- Very quick and easy to set up
- Anybody can do this to start taking payments in a non complicated way
- When handling large volumes sometimes we found our account limit had been hit for the day which we weren’t made aware of
- All terminals showed key sales information without ability to hide that data

A Convenient, User Friendly Payment Solution For Business and Individuals
My overall experience has been positive since I haven't met any challenges usinf
- PayPal Zettle's seamless integration with PayPal’s ecosystem
- It's quick and easy to set up, and I can accept payments in various forms such as cards and mobile payments

Easier payments for all
I plan to keep using it for my sales and will recommend it to others who are doing similar sales
- Capability to print receipts
- Most do not care for receipts anymore but there are handful who do (older generation)
- Minimal processing fee
No concerns with use, my personal sales have started to increase so decided to give this a try and so far working well
