Pipedrive Drives Positive CRM Experience
The support team via the chat service has been of great assistance. The thoroughness of the data one can compile for a sales prospect is very good.
- The calendar integrations with Google and Microsoft365
- Ability to create templates for emailing

Pipedrive Keeps Us Organized
I have a positive experience with Pipedrive in the years I have been using it. It allows for a lot of information to be stored.
Pipedrive allows me to keep track of various projects in various stages throughout the project life going through a plethora of departments
The search feature, as silly as this sounds, while it works fine, I wish it would have more filter options so I wouldn't have to scroll endlessly

Great Starter CRM for New Users

- Very easy to enter new contacts into the system, or to do a bulk import
- Very Easy to search for contacts via the search query, including custom fields
- You can select multiple contacts at the same time and edit their information in a multiselect format
- Very easy to create custom columns that will enable you to organise the information that you need
- Not the best with organising tasks automatically or checking for overlapping tasks
- They do not have a lead generation tool in the form of a lead capture technology or widget
- Does not have an email marketing integration like more modern Real Estate CRM's

- We love the automations
- It keeps our business running so smoothly and ensures that we never miss anything for our clients
- Setting up automations can be unintuitive
- There also isn't good ticket system that integrates into it so that has to be done manually

Stay on top of everything!
This helps me stay organized with different tasks and projects. I like that I can make notes about conversations I've had on specific deals I'm pursuing.
- I like that it helps me keep organized in all my tasks
- I also like that it integrates so well with Gmail
- The mobile version is hard to navigate and as a result I rarely use it

Great product
Pipedrive has become an essential part of my daily work and I find it extremely useful. I would highly recommmend it to a sales/marketing user looking to streamline products and have one useful dashboard.
- Pipedrive unites many products and functions under one umbrella, from lead capture and website chat to bulk emails, calendar setting, and project management
- It's a very complete tool what, while not perfect, has become an extremely useful part of my workday
- The only cons are that not all of my other marketing tools integrate seamlessly into Pipedrive, resulting in some extra typing to update inbound leads
- Additionally the filtering/group management could be more intuitive
- These are very minor quibbles overall

Easy and effective
Great I love how easy it is to use. I would highly recommend it to someone who’s beginning a new CRM.
- I like that there’s multiple ways to document details for a client
- I like the note section I like being able to have a source ID to connect my account to a wrap easily
I would like better reporting availability options so I can see different levels of how the pipeline is being done, especially in the won my section

Pipedrive customer service is so bad, that it ruins the product
not good, I have spent a long time using it, and for example I had accidentally set up an account that i did not use, and it was obivous, and they would not refund me even though they could see that I had an account I was using under the same email.
- pipedrive has a lot of features and is easy to use
- pipedrive customer service is utter garbage, I have been locked out of my primary account for days
- They will not call you and if you cant log in then you cannot chat
- and their AI support is idiotic at best

I like the multiple features, the ability to customize Pipedrive to my uses, the adaptability and integration with Justcall
Mostly works great, occassional technical blips are seemingly fixed quickly by Pipedrive but overall very reliable

User-friendly CRM
I find it very user-friendly. The documentation is thorough and helpful. The few times I have a question I can chat with support and they are quick to help me.
- The search function at the top is great
- I use it all the time to find contacts, deals and organizations
- I like how the data on leads, deals, persons and organizations all are can be customized and linked together
- I use Pipedrive as a marketer
- The basics are covered (what we need for now) but I miss good reports for newsletters and the ability for tracking clicks from newsletters to our website
Why they chose it
"Hubspot Marketing was limited to one domain. We have several software products with different domains and target audiences. We needed to be able to handle communications from all our domains. Pipedrive did not have any domain limits in their price plan."
