Great customer support
I've been using Qbox for several years and been very happy with it. It solves the issue of file transfers and offsite backups.
- Customer service is great to work with
- Each time I had to call they were very helpful and patient with the issue
- disappointed about the fee increase but still a good value
- I host many q box clients and keeping track of the billing so I can bill the customer is a pain
- I wish we could bill the customer directly and still have the same access

Use QBOX for QB DESKTOP - much better than hosting!
GREAT experience! We've used this product for years, sold this product, recommended this product...need I say more?

- and their team is GREAT
- I've had a personal relationship with these guys for a long time, the product works, the team is personable & knowledgeable

If I had to choose one, it would be the initial learning curve-but even it wasn't bad

Great program to share access
Qbox is a great tool to share files remotely and securely. Runs smooth and fast. Straightforward to use once installed. Customer service has always been helpful with the questions we have every now and then.
The ability to share access with our accounting software with our accountants and have everything sync remotely
- Network issues have been common but as a small business we do not have an it member so it requires some effort from us to reach out to customer support and resolve issues
- Thankfully each customer support experience has been great and successful
- I do believe the network issues are faults of our own with updating incorrectly

I have been using Qbox since 2019, have recommended Qbox to other accounting professionals, and will continue to do so. I think Qbox is great!
- Many of my clients use QuickBooks Desktop version, and Qbox allows us to work with them, assisting in whatever way is needed
- Qbox is easy to use, their support is excellent, being able to easily share & save documents - all at a very reasonable cost
- The only issue that I sometimes have is moving documents from one folder to another
- I don't do this often, so I need to re-learn the process each time
- It does not seem intuitive to me
- Other than that, I do not have any "cons"

Get Qbox! You won't be disappointed!
They help me set everything up, and also are there for my mishaps. they are always patient and kind and solve my issues.
- I love the ease of use with shared QBDT files and document files
- But my favorite thing is their customer support
- They always as calm and precise when solving my problems (even when I am not, lol) A person always answers the phone and I have not ever had to wait for support
- So far there is nothing that I don't like
- They send out an email before they update the system, so that is good
- I can't think of anything negative to say about Qbox

A cost-effective solution for remotely working with QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise
We’ve been using Qbox since the onset of the Covid-19 pandemic. At that time, we needed an app that would allow us to work remotely on our clients’ accounting tasks using QuickBooks Desktop, and it made sense in terms of cost. An accountant recommended Qbox to us, and we were delighted. One of the most impressive aspects of Qbox is the unwavering dedication of its employees in assisting us when we encounter issues with the system. Although such incidents are rare, when they do occur, they demonstrate a resolute commitment to resolving the problem. We are thoroughly satisfied with Qbox and the company behind it. It stands out as one of the best apps we’ve discovered for our business.
We can remotely use QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise without incurring costly investments in an online server
- The only limitation is that you can’t work remotely simultaneously
- However, for the most part, that’s not a problem for us
- Once we close a QuickBooks Desktop file, our colleagues gain updated access to the system

I love Qbox
The overall experience with Qbox has been great - easy to set up, use, add clients; I really like the sync process
Mostly the process is seamless - makes it convenient for accountants to have collegues work in company files; support is always helpful and the cost is VERY economical
- My last issue was a file that had gotten overwritten when the file was synced
- It was our error, and the tech helped us by finding an auto recovery file after much searching - we were able to restore the backup and did not lose 9 months of data
- I would like to see Qbox make these recovery files more often in case this might happen again

Best software ever
Best tech support of any software product I have used. The support team responds quickly, and have always solved my issues.
- Remote access works well with clients, no matter where they are located
- The software is easy to understand, and access is quick
Not a Qbox issue; I just have to remind clients that have more than one file, they must always login from Qbox and not access files directly

Qbox Review
Very easy to set up, navigate, user friendly, saves us much needed time dealing with backups and restores with zip drives. All our Quickbook files are in one location on desktop.
- The ability to access our clients Quickbooks without having to use a zip drive using a backup and restore method
- The ease of being able to login to an account even if the other client is already logged in to view miscellaneous items
- The customer service is outstanding
- Everyone is very friendly, extremely helpful and efficient
- I have never had to sit on hold
- Really don't have a dislike
- If I had to pick something it would be when our client forgets to log out and sync

Although my use of Qbox is limited, I am very satisfied with it. Knowing that our data is safely stored gives me peace of mind.
