This is a great piece of software
Positive to say the least. It has helped me grow my business from basic design to full branding projects of five figures.

- There may be some more integrations that could be done but honestly it's not a bad thing to keep quoting separate
- In my experience it's better to have 4 pieces of software that are really, really good at what they do rather than have 1 piece that is really ordinary at 4 things

Exactly the simple, professional online quote system we needed
I have told many people that quotient is one of the best business software products we use and I stand by that. It is exactly the tool we needed to solve our cost to quote problem which was limiting our business growth. Our time to generate a quote went from 4-6 person hours to a matter of minutes, and our number of quotes generated and contracts signed has increased dramatically. We did not need a complicated system, we just needed an easy to use way to make consistent quotes without a ton of effort, and Quotient fills that need for us perfectly.

- FOr our company, it has saved hundreds of hours of staff time that used to be spent generating quotes manually by automating repeated quotes with templates and offering a great interface for customizing quote content in a consistent and professional format

- While we have used it for a year and a half, the time it took to generate a quote before then still haunts me
- There are some custome features we would like, but the product grows to add things at a measured pace to keep it simple

Very limited, extremely basic quoting program without many features others have had for 15 years
Service people are nice and responsive. But this product should not be a released product for reason cited above. They say they will put the product improvement idea "read a last name merge field"???? in as a suggested feature for some future release, but if they have made any improvements to their product over the last 2 years I have not seen it. I am currently looking for a new program. Don't spend your time or money until they
the customer support responds quickly, but often with the answer, we can't do that

- Putting in hyperlinking is limited and many of the things you can do, you have to do with code

Easiest quotation based program I've used, feature rich whilst still remaining simple and easy to use. Love the capability to embed documents, files, pics etc.

My thoughts on Quotient
Nothing but good things to say! Customer service has been awesome, the emails sent my way provide me with useful information, not just another sales pitch or special offer, and the pricing for what we get is perfect. A program designed for the big boys, but priced with the little guy in mind! -the initial set-up was easy -adding or removing price items is simple -dido for text items -quick glance on the margin you're making is very useful while working on a quote -collaborating with teammates is easy -knowing what quotes you have on the table, who you need to follow up with, and which deals you have won with just one click is awesome -being able to integrate with other programs we use on a daily basis was a bonus -the overall appearance of our quotes is like nothing else our clients have seen -being able to create and save templates for items or combinations of items we sell often saves us a lot of time What can I say...we love Quotient!
- I think when it comes down to it, the last thing I need is the headaches that come with over complicated programs, that continuously try to upsell you, or strip away tons of features unless you dish out more dime
- With Quotient, you get an easy to use program from start to finish, for a reasonable price
- As an added bonus, you have the satisfaction of providing a final presentation you can be proud of
- When I did have questions I couldn't figure out on my own, a quick and directly related response to my email is what I got
- If I could say one more thing, it would be about communication
- Not too little, and not too much
- If there's one thing I find annoying, it's the daily BS emails I get with special offers, or useless information from most other companies
- I don't get that with Quotient; the emails I do receive are pertinent to what I'm using the program for and help me save time, effort, and in the end, money
- In all honesty, I can't think of any cons when it comes to Quotient

Fantastic service, Quotient is the best ✅
Complete ease of use and they make quoting easy. I do around 6 quotes a day every day and have been with these guys for years. Honestly, if you are looking for a company to provide the best and easiest way to quote, you have found them!

Great service
Great customer service, easy to use and clean interface.

- We used to send quotes back and forth with clients on my business when they wanted a change in a quote, now they can modify whatever they want in the quotes
- Less human error and less time lost
There's nothing bad, just things that would be useful are: a way to leave only the accessories or price items the client selected when printing a quote or downloading as pdf, and anchored final price while clicking the options on a quote, so the client can select products while seeing the final price always
