Best Dialer on the market and best support
Certain reps are better than others in terms of experience. [sensitive content hidden] has never failed to deliver. I've had times where I had to make 3 calls and wait on the line an average of 45 minutes to an hour just to get a question moderately answered. Every time i talk to [sensitive content hidden] he over delivers. As far as the dialer its always a learning curve, but its worth it when you get it down.

- It looks like a windows 8 computer and its confusing
- I have a lot of referals that have canceled and gone to batch dialer because of the ease of use

not so easy to use, the interface is not the best. But it does it's function very good.

My experience with ReadyMode
My overall experience with Readymode has been positive, especially when it comes to managing outbound calls at scale. The platform makes it easy to organize and distribute lead lists, track call outcomes, and monitor team performance in real time. The predictive dialer efficiently cycles through numbers, reducing downtime between calls, while the queue-based system helps ensure that the right leads are prioritized. Call dispositions, notes, and recordings are stored neatly so follow-up and accountability are simple. Although there can be a learning curve with settings and routing, once configured properly, the system offers smooth call flow, clear reporting, and strong productivity for high-volume dialing.
- I really like the integrated CRM that it has
- I also like how they allow the user to switch between different CPA options
- Not having the need of another crm makes it worth for your money
- The on the phone customer support is awesome aswell
- I dont like how its system itself isnt too user friendly
- Some of the feautures in the system itself are a little complicated to manuever especially with no prior experience
- I dont like how thet charge $50 for the regular membership if you need on the phone assistance I believe it should come with the program

Pro's and con's of Ready Mode ..Mostly Pro's
mostly ok.. i dont like to having wait days for a reponce on issues were having .especially when you have 50 plus emplyees. no ready time issues being adreessed
- control over leads, but there is issues on the filtring proccess
- and the reset of leads , for agent on the back end the mark the sale, but doens't remove the sale lead
- and it doesn't remove iton the next broadcast
- customer service
- it takes way to long to cantact this company
- the is no real time corrections , or the urgency to help
- this was very disapointing

readymode review
good overall, i have students under my team that i recommend ready-mode too just because its simple and straight forward not to hard to navigate
- simple to use and effective
- good management system too
- good dialer with good connection rates as well
the starter doesn't include the IQ like it used to & i dont really see the difference in packages to be honest

Simple and Effective, but Could Be Faster
Overall, my experience with Readymode has been positive. It’s a reliable and intuitive platform that makes daily operations in a call center much easier. While it could improve its performance stability, especially with browser data, it still offers one of the smoothest interfaces I’ve worked with.
- What I like most about Readymode is how simple and user-friendly it is
- It’s easy to use both as an agent and as an admin
- Listening to calls, monitoring agents, and reviewing performance are all very straightforward
- Sometimes the system doesn’t update properly, and when cookies start to build up, it can slow down significantly
- This affects efficiency, especially when managing multiple agents

Best Dialer For Home Improvements
We went from having 4 seats to more then 25 seats in less then 1 year. We connect with the homeowners with the predictive dialing options we book more leads for our clients.
Call Dialer,ease of use and the tools and reporting for agents,productivity,and integrations for third party tools
Tech Support cant get of hold of them on the weekends or after hours and they dont sent notifications to give you a heads up about issues with readymode
