Simple to Use
The timesheet functionality in Rocketlane is both Intuitive and Simple to Use. It is flexible and can adapt to your business needs.
- The ability to record time into timesheets
- This includes adding time to already submitted lines even when submitted
It's difficult to leave a lengthy comment about what I don't like about Rocketlane because I do like Rocketlane

Effective and efficient tool
Overall i am very satisfied with it as it eases my life of assigning and completing projects/tasks effectively and timely.
- Ease of assigning tasks and following up with the clients
- It can be complex for new users
- Navigating through its features and setting up projects might require a bit of time and effort

Solid Time Tracking Software and PM Tool
Overall, Rocketlane has been the best all-in-one tool I've used for a services organization, despite some limitations.
Rocketlane is easy and intuitive to use and offers a seamless connection from time tracking, project management, reporting, etc
- Some default functionality cannot be customized, which makes it challenging to report in meaningful ways and introduces the need to export data to run our reports
- For example, we cannot change how quarters are defined; calendar quarters are the default, and we operate on a different cadence, but all reports in Rocketlane use that same definition

Rocketlane has been an upgrade so far compared to the previous project tracking tool we were using. Makes my job easier

- Additionally, there is no automation for aggregated reminders to team members, which would allow us to include multiple projects in a single reminder email when they do not meet certain criteria
- Addressing these issues would significantly enhance the platform's usability and effectiveness

Lane Force
It has its comparisons with Scoro, however, they became one up when they added the AI feature. This was the best thing to ever happen to me and my time management. Not to mention I was able to cut my brainstorming sessions into a third.
- Task management is automated and when combined with the new AI feature it produces projections
- The security features programmed in it is awesome
- As soon as I discover such, I think it is safe to say we will hear about it here on Capterra
- Until then, I have yet to discover dislike

Great, having used other project management softwares - this is clearly one of the better ones.

Rocketlane working great for us
The onboarding experience was great. Our team is up and running
- The ease of use for both users and administrators makes this a good product
- It would be more ideal if there were better ways to tailor the customer view
