Intuitive and aesthetically pleasing way to make events simpler!

- The ability to work from a template--or to use the template as a guide for total customization--was amazing
- RSVPify allows for you to customize fields and color theme as well as being able to upload logos and other images to make your RSVP website's pages really reflect your event
- This meant that I was able to rely on the template to guide me through the basic queries that I could/should be making of guests while allowing me the freedom to add/subtract fields
- This was AMAZING as someone new to organizing client appreciation events
- The email function is SUPER intuitive for the initial invite email, but was less intuitive for any potential additional emails to the same list of recipients
- However, I suspect that this was user error and didn't have an impact on the final event
- In fact, we heard nothing but positive things from our invitees about how easy RSVPify was to use

Review of RSVPify software
I’m very happy with the RSVPify software. Each completed product looks very professional, with clear layout and attractive artwork. My members have praised this new format.
- What I like most about this software is the ease of all age groups to open the invitation and navigate to each section and fill in responses
- It continuously guides the user to each section
- Not a single respondant had difficulty using the software, and the average age of the group is around 70-72
- When I generated a new invitation I had some difficulty sending it because it wasn’t clear how to cancel the previous invitation
- However, the virtual assistant quickly relayed step by step instructions on how to clear the previous document, and I was successful

Members had difficulty navigating it. Before RSVPify we were individually composing a monthly invitation, adding our own art and emailing it to the group, which consists of around 40 members. It was time consuming.

Not Worth the Time or Money
Clearly focused on business and not customers.
- Nothing
- I did not like anything about this software
- Too complex, not enough/very few templates, way too time-consuming for generic event planning
- Customizable to a fault (not enough templates to use for quick completion of a project)
- No free trial offered
- Poor marketing of plans--especially after researching and seeing reviews--definitely not worth the money
- Go with a website that actually has a free trial, a website that is simpler to navigate, and a customer service department that is direct and actually willing to hear you out and assist
- Biggest waste of time and money
- Would not suggest to anyone
- I use services like this often and I am fairly computer savvy (or can work with something until I figure it out), but I would never use this website again
- Not helpful and you can find way cheaper options that are faster to navigate

A sticky situation turned into committed customer

- The flexibility and automation of scheduling multiple events on multiple dates is the main reason I turned to this software
- It's easy to use and super flexible
- Not to mention customer support is very helpful to ensure your guests have a positive experience
- Because you start with a free service and you automatically have access to ALL the features, it's not clear where the upgrades come into play
- It would be nice if that was flagged for you as you create your event
- Customers would have a better experience and understand the parameters of the premium upgrades

I was frustrated with having to set up individual events through Eventbrite, but was willing to until I spoke to the customer service team.

"I'm using RSPVify because [SENSITIVE CONTENT] offered me the opportunity to use the upgraded service. I signed up and set up my event thinking what I needed was within the starter plan, but that wasn't the case. I needed the plus plan, not the starter. I was really bugged because that wasn't clear in the pricing structure and/or anywhere throughout the setup of my event. [SENSITIVE CONTENT] went one step further to have a customer service person jump on with me to ensure my event was set up correctly. [SENSITIVE CONTENT] (customer service) jumped on and walked me through my event setup and truly helped me ensure that everything was set up exactly the way I needed it to be. I was not expecting the extra costs and I did not budget for those fees, so I was really stuck on how to make this work. I decided to cancel my subscription and ask for a refund. That's where [SENSITIVE CONTENT] stepped in. By going that extra step and allowing me to continue using this service, helping me get it set up, I am now a committed customer. I love the product and think it's really flexible and easy to use. Now understanding the costs, I can budget that into my events. Clear information sets clear expectations, which make happy customers. I would recommend this service to anyone!"

Easy to use as a small business

- We recently used RSVPify for one of our big pop-up events and it was helpful in collecting registrations and getting leads for our subscriber lists
- It was creative, not so rigid, and eased our way out
- The settings are slightly inconvenient to figure out but no other cons

GREAT tool and incredible customer service
Overall, I am very happy and willing to continue working with this tool.
- It's very easy to use BUT [sensitive content hidden] in customer service was perfection
- She immediately understood my question and challenge and gave me a very good solution

A Life-Saver
We were very happy with our overall experience and plan to use RSVPify again with major events for clients.
The ability to manage attendees, gather necessary information from attendees during at the RSVP and easily communicate with guests ahead of the event were key for us
- Our event maxed out and we needed to pay for RSVPify
- This happened after normal business hours and we luckily saw the email in order to fix it in a timely manner
- I wish having a warnings at more benchmarks informing the team we were nearing our limit of attendees would have increased our chances to have fixed it before we maxed out on attendees
- Thankfully it wasnt a major issue for us, but would love to see that moving forward
