Works great!
Great! It saved me a lot of time on the initial use. Now that I know how to use it, it'll only get better from here.
- I needed SaasAnt to import data that I could not import with the standard QuickBooks Online import option, and it worked great
- It saved me a ton of time not having to manually enter a large customer list with billing and shipping addresses, as well as an invoice list for a QBDT to QBO migration
- Haven't discovered any cons yet
- It would be nice if it could read my mind
- but that's a stretch

Saasant is a great option for Importing files, especially with Quickbooks Online
Overall I am very pleased. Attempting to import the transactions without the program was tedious and with numerous errors. Upon using Saasant, the process became much simpler with easy changes if an error occurred. No comparison from before Saasant to after it.
- The program is able to convert different file extensions
- I am currently using for
- cvs and
- iff
- It is able to distinguish the current field name conventions in order to match them, or you can choose a different naming convention (not sure why you would)
- Upon import, it then displays the transactions for review and/or change prior to posting
- In the event of an error, it will advise
- You can then correct it and repost
- The date format
- I wish it could recognize the date format being used and then allow a mass date format change
- I'm importing from two different programs using two different date formates, which then requires me to change the date format first in settings, prior to importing the files

QB 2020 to QB 2024 Desktop
[sensitive content hidden] was incredibly helpful at every turn, given the challenges with formatting from QB desktop 2020 to QB desktop 2024 Accountant. He is very easy to understand and work with. Very much appreciate him and his talents.

Switched From
Our old software was an automatic import from Shopify to Quickbooks, but we were having a lot of errors and fixing those errors was taking a lot of time. Although it's a bit more manual we have saved so much time by creating the imports ourselves.

Encounter a problem with connection
I have a problem connecting Saasant with old Quickbooks version 11. . . I reach out to Saasant thru chat . . and start talking to Mr. [sensitive content hidden] . . . He speak very clearly , very courteous and most importantly very PATIENCE solving the problem . . . for 2 week , He keeps on trying difference solution . . . Mr. [sensitive content hidden] never give up . . finally , tonight. . . He successfully solve my problem . . . I'm very thank you to [sensitive content hidden] . . . now, I can start working easy again using Saasant Transaction . . .

SaasAnt helps meet payroll
Overall, SaasAnt has been great for us and helped to really streamline payroll allowing us to easily import information from our time/po to quickbooks.
- SaasAnt makes accounting easy because it integrates with our Quickbooks
- We can do bulk imports of info via SaasAnt and it makes it so streamlined to move info
At this time the only con would be the times that SaasAnt is down and we are unable to process payroll until we can upload the info but normally they have it fixed fast

- Through SaaSant that has been reduced to 2 hours by the finance manager
- It used to take a team of 3 fulltime bookkeepers
- Not really an issue with SaaSant, but quickbooks is a disaster of a software and sometimes there are issues with SaaSant syncing with QB
- But they quickly resolve them

Use of SaasAnt
The SaasAnt program seems to be efficient and accurate when importing Data. The customer service reps. are amazing,
- The Customer Service is amazing, [sensitive content hidden] is always able to see exactly what is wrong when I am having problems
- I love that I can get a Customer Service Rep on the phone quickly and the rep can remote in via Zoom
- There isn't anything I like the least
- I just don't know how to use SaasAnt in its entirety
- I am still learning
