The best in the business
QB Enterprise's awareness of the consumers' habits and needs is beyond compare. Other platforms are unaware of how people tend to progress through their products which makes them entirely unfriendly to the user.
- Having now had extensive experience with an alternative, I am even more confident in the ease and reliability of Quickbooks
- The stability of the platform is also top of the market
- Its inability to connect to a billing platform that is relevant to our business needs
- We had to make a switch based on billing needs but there is no Accounting software that performs even close to Quickbooks

Powerful Accounting Solutions
Overall, QuickBooks Enterprise is a powerful system that offers most of what I need, especially in inventory management, customizable reports, and secure user permissions, all within a platform that’s very easy to navigate. However, the cost can be high for small businesses, and its limitations with multi-currency can be challenging for companies with international operations.
- I liked QuickBooks Enterprise for its strong inventory management features, easy navigation, detailed reporting options, and the ability to set clear user permissions
- I love that you can add files to PO so the supplier isnt left wondering about the PO
- QuickBooks Enterprise doesn’t handle multi-currency as smoothly as global businesses need
- I also think it is too expensive for small businesses

QuickBooks makes life easier
It’s a great product for small businesses and or individual entrepreneurs. As a small business it makes it easier to enter in my own.
- The ease of using the ledger to enter entries monthly
- I am able to categorize accounts into much smaller groups
- A few times saving the new entries does not store and I have to enter the information a few times
- It’s inconvenient

Very helpful tool in managing a business

Quickbooks for Billing
We have had a good experience. It has definitely made invoice management easier for us. We switched from creating our own invoices on a template in word and mailing them out, to Quickbooks. It has streamlined our billing process. I like all the reports you can generate and how the dashboard gives us a good look at everything - Bank accounts, credit cards, etc. It's a one stop shop.
- Quickbooks really does what you need it to do
- It is relatively easy to use (if you're OK with technology)
- It saves us SO much time
- We do all our invoicing through QB
- Their customer support is OK, but it is a good program at a good price
- When there are bugs, they seem to be resolved quickly
- I have noticed that they do a lot of updates
- The most recent one changed everything around, which is fine, but I know some people have a hard time finding things
- I also feel like they don't have enough information online, or it is really out of date
- I feel like some customer service representatives don't understand the program

Necessary tool for every business
Product itself is great. The changes to naming and set up recently make more sense then in the past. Bad expierences with foreign customer support. Would pay more for subscriptions if it guarenteed support persons in US who were knowledgeable
- It's a well known product that all accountants are familiar with
- The ability to import and sync records to other systems is valuble for time savings
Customer support in foreign countries is very difficult when trying to explain and/or figure out issues and there are understanding barriers

My overall experience with QuickBooks Enterprise is a love hate relationship. I loved it because it was easy to use and to train others, but it's limit capabilities was difficult for a small company that grew into a medium size company.
- The inventory system is easy to use
- We spent less time on training new employees because it was so user friendly and intuitive
- I recently left the company where i used QB's Enterprise inventory and went to a new office that uses and ERP
- The ERP isn't intuitive for staff and take a lot longer to learn how to use it
- It didn't have the capabilities of an ERP software that you can customize to your own specifications
- It is good for a smaller company

Working with Quickbooks Enterprise
Overall experience was very good. We used it for payroll, invoicing and inventory. I learned and applied the necessary subcategories for each use with ease.
- It was reasonably priced and the options for invoicing were adequate for the needs of the company
- Customer support was always very helpful
It was disappointing with certain limitations in formatting of an invoice template did not allow more options

Simple and easy for small companies
Great and easy to use for our small companies. However, QuickBooks is not best suited for our larger companies due to high volume of data and the need for high quality reporting.
- It’s easy to use and has the basic necessity features
- It’s great for small companies who don’t have too much accounting data
- I would not suggest quickbooks for a large company
- Hence the name, it’s “quick books”
- It has basic accounting features but does not have very many reporting tools
- More financial reports or analytics would be helpful
