Again, great experience from when we signed up to daily use. Many competitors have tried to woo us away from Samsara, none have succeeded.
- Ease of use is what I like most about Samsara
- From acquisition to day to day use the team has been great
- I like that they check in periodically to see if there is more that than can do and that the support desk is just as friendly
- Up until recently they didn't have a good inexpensive option for basic trailer tracking and that was a huge con for us
- They recently added the AT11's and now that con is gone
- :)

We had difficulties with the service level of Azuga and that it was a desktop model and not a mobile model at the time.

Incredible form the platform we came from! [sensitive content hidden] our rep is awesome, again the system continues to get enhanced and more user friendly!
- It works, its compliant, its easy to use
- The system evolves and gets better
- Easy to contact support when needed
In some cases, the support team doesn't understand your need, also we need to get a list of known bugs before we call, example we can't get rid of the Spanish speaking trainings and the system will assign them to drivers that don't speak Spanish

Great Product
I've only been using Samsara for a year and its been a great experience. Any questions i have are quickly resolved by emailing customer service or calling them directly.
- Easy to use and fast customer service
- Easy to add and upkeep driver qualification
- I work a lot in qualifications and its been easy to navigate
- Hard to get the videos at the specific time you need to download
- A lot of searching and error for more than 1 minute videos

A few bugs to work out but overall GREAT!
Overall very happy except for the above listed things and If those things were addressed/corrected it would be AMAZING!
- Easy to track units
- I like being able to see the form/manner screen and quickly able to see when there is a violation
- Sometimes one screen (maybe camera screen) will say the driver is ON DUTY and another screen (hour of service report) will say the driver is DRIVING so it's not 100% uniform across the platform
- And I dont like that the driver cant be given a warning when they are following too close or when they are speeding BEFORE they get hit with the infraction
- It should be more friendly in that aspect
- I dont like that the driver is able to SKIP thru certifying previous days logs
- This should not be something that can be skipped since it is required

SAmsara Questionaire
Samsara has a very robust sales team. Each contact I have had the Samsara person has been very knowledgeable of the software.
- The many different functions in one app and easy accessibility
- Being able to share information with other people in our organization The help icon in the bottom left corner is usually very helpful
- Samsara uses verbiage inside the app that is unfamiliar to anyone learning to use the software, makes it hard to get started using the app
- The labels for the tabs need to be named differently

Worked for 5 years and have been able to improve safe driving, investigate incidents better and manage preventive maintenance better.
Accuracy of information and the visibility of driver performance and preventive maintenance recording
- Occasionally will pick up the wrong roads and therefore penalize drivers
- When driving on a major road will sometimes pick up cross roads

very easy to navigate the Dashboard, easy to track all trucks and trailers with in my fleet by loaction
would like to be able to see the driver hours of service on each drive from the overview tab if you click on their name with out having to compliance tap

Order from Chaos
My overall experience with Samsara is very positive. Since implementation the chaos that is managing a fleet of trucks and drivers has been given order. This is a tool that allows us to more efficiently and accurately: bill customers, pay drivers, dispatch drivers, maintain equipment, track milage, address safety concerns and track driver's licenses and medical cards.
- I like how easy Samsara is to use
- If I have a question or issue Samsara also has a knowledge base of articles and videos that cover almost every topic that may arise
- The documents are step by step and easy to follow
- If for some reason I can't find an answer there, the Samsara support team is there to help
- Every interaction with them has been positive
- They are quick to respond, very thorough when figuring out the issue and the follow up is impressive
- The communication through the process is very much appreciated
- I never dread having to reach out to support because I know they will solve whatever problem I may have
- My least favorite thing is the inability to search messages that were sent
- I use the messaging to communicate with our drivers and sometimes I need information that was sent awhile ago
- Being able to search key words would be pretty helpful with how I use Samsara

Using Samsara products
It's a great service that helps me understand what is going on out in the field with our drivers. It also helps me locate drivers when I'm out in the field, it shows exactly where their located. It provides a lot of information to help keep our drivers safe.
- The ease of using the software, very easy to understand how to use the product
- There is also and AI chatbot that helps if you do get to something your not sure how to proceed
- The customer service help for the hardware is top notch, help is there when you need it
- It is also nice that the software is very reliable and free of bugs and issues
The Customer Support is more oriented towards chat and email, would sometimes like to be able to speak to customer support agent
