for Sendpulse We don't think any cons but one more thing they should improve is to give some whatsapp hatbot template for catalogs

SendPulse is the best email marketing tool we've found!

- I have been trying to call or email for the last 3 days but it doesn't happen and the support system of this logo is not good because it says to call or email but no call or email comes and when I log in and go for support it says no one
- It is a new person and it is difficult for him to explain everything from that point of view and he does not know how to write an email to anyone
- I have wasted a lot of time because there are other platforms that provide better service than you are doing

what I like in SendPulse + what can be improved
nice - and I whould recommand others. I use it everyday, It could be nice if the search feature in CONVERSATIONS would include quering the messages content and not only contact names \ phones.
- Stabillity - espacially compared to meta API
- makes the Whatsapp connection so easy and it means a lot
- Speed, slow loading, and the fact that I don't recieve notifications by email when there is an issue (for example: chatGPT API bad responses)
- in addition, a strong intuitive unique contact list, with manual editing options, which will be available in all SendPulse departments will be easier to understand

Simple and user friendly marketing automation platform
As a solopreneur, I've enjoyed using the platform for almost 2 years sending out newsletters to my community. The tool is fairly easy to navigate and customer service agents are quick to respond and handle any issues I have.
- I like being able to customise email templates with ease, so that I can reuse them subsequently
- The options and drag-and-drop features make my work efficient
- I don't like the restrictions in some aspects of the email creation interface
- Like not being able to put in the customer's name or an emoji in the preheader section of the email, only in the subject line
- Also, the words for the preheader when resending the email to subscribers who didn't open the initial email cannot be edited

its been a good experience so far, everything is working well. the loading is a bit slow and can be faster
- super easy to use after a while
- i think that the tours are good and i think that the multiple tools are such a great feature
